Very rude staff. I went in today and stood at the counter for about 10 minutes. No one acknowledged me or greeted me. Someone who had been waiting got up from their seat since it was their turn and I was finally able to sit down. I waited all of about 30 minutes before someone acknowledged me. When I told her I wanted a hair cut she offered to see if someone was available to give me a “quick cut”. I don’t want a quick cut, I want to be treated with normal (not rushed) services. Someone finally confirmed that they are by appointment only. If they see clients by appointment only they should have a sign at the check in counter or at least have acknowledged me when I came in the door instead of wasting my time. Will not be returning.

Lori is the best. Its hard to find a hair stylist that knows how to layer your hair. Did a excellent job. Gary has also styled my hair . He is also excellent. I highly recommend this hair salon.
