The treatment and service with the people in the room is good, but the people who sent me to the banquet, poorly educated, did not want to serve my guests correctly, even my daughter who was the
celebrated, I can recommend the hall, but the banquet is good in its quality in terms of flavor, but the treatment and service of the people who send it is terrible.

We attended a Quince in November, as the people hosting the party started picking up to leave, the owner started yelling at everyone threatening to call the police which we didn’t understand his attitude as the place was reserved until 2am and the only people left were just the family that were picking up. As a guest, I thought the event went well until the owner caused problems by yelling and talking to people in a rude and unprofessional manner. I would never recommend this place to anyone just because of how unprofessional the owner is.

I was very hesitant to rent the room because of the reviews but I had to cancel the one I already had and change to this one, if it is necessary that they turn on the air and renew everything but I would rent it again, they are very affordable with the packages and they have good price, the cake is very delicious and they decorate to your liking

The man in charge Francisco will be nice until the day of the event his true self comes out. He has major attitude. We booked til 2am, at 1 he was trying to kick us out. His staff was drinking our liquor all night. His staff decided on their own n cut our cake to past out without getting pics. His DJ will bring his people to party n his kids were all over peoples young daughters to the point where parents were complaining. Francisco will do nothing about it other than tell you to leave. Do not book here!! He is horrible.

The person who calls himself the owner renovated the kitchen and it no longer served me as I expected, the central air does not turn on while you fix the living room and he opened until 1:45 pm and already annoyed he yelled at me to do what I wanted him to do. Nobody beats him, he could take it to court or put any comment on his website, I would never recommend it.

Very bad experience the weekend I was 15 years old according to a tablecloth was burned when I ordered a silver color on top and a white color on the bottom and what a coincidence that the white is burned and the silver is not illogical that they did not want to give me my full deposit I do not recommend them not at all
