The Sherwin-Williams Distribution Center is noted as a good and best place for delivery, with many describing the people as pleasant, polite, respectful, nice, and wonderful. Staff are helpful and get drivers in and unloaded quickly, often in one to two hours or less, even for early arrivals. The gate opens around 6:45am, with check-in available from 7:00am at the receiving office. The facility can be a little confusing but is manageable. However, there are a lot of serious potholes that can be damaging if drivers are not careful. The dock area is a bit tight but doable for unloading.

My first time there. It wasn't too bad. Parked on the street by shipping. I think there are several off loading locations for tankers. I off loaded at station 8 past shipping docks. Had to use my hose and their pump.

Pull up to the gate and walk in to shipping on your left up the steps. They will take you early sometimes. They have restrooms on the tank unload side. Average unload between 2-4 hours.

Unloading tanker not a problem in front lot, depending on your unloading area it can be tight. Yeah lot is a messy issue but just take ur time.
