Worst place to do business with the owner ruby told me it was going to take a week to have it completed and told me it was going to take 2-3 days for production when I asked for a update she told me 10-12 days and 4-5 days for production when I let them know something they got upset and I didn’t want to argue so I told them just get it done as soon as you can they told me I have to listen and they started to scream at me and raise their voices very unprofessional I recommend going else where any where else would be better

I reached out to this business for signage when I was opening my new store. They assured me they could help, so I drove 25 minutes to meet with them. After our discussion, they asked me to send my artwork, which I did promptly. Then, I heard nothing for 1-2 weeks.
Eventually, they called and said they would come to take measurements. Two people came, took measurements, and assured me they would provide a quote soon. That was months ago, and I am still waiting.
Despite repeatedly expressing the urgency of my project, Tahir (who I believe is the owner) wasted at least two months of my time with empty promises and no follow-through. I don’t know the reason, and frankly, I don’t care. If you value your time and need a reliable service, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Very unprofessional business. Ted is very disrespectful. They will rip you off. Wouldn’t recommend doing business with these people, you will get burned.

Ok in all honesty, This place is very professional and they do their job with precision... I am honesty amazed at the work they do! I work here (as shop help)... Ive been here for two months and no lie, at the start i was always annoyed Because minor imperfections dont go unnoticed ( NOTHING ..) BUT ive really grown to respect the work and skill it takes for these signs to get made.... As a consumer i give them 5 stars... Id definitely suggest them to any business or individual needing a sign, banner, wrapping, done

Ted is awesome! I received 5 quotes and Sign Assign beat competitors prices X2! I have used Sign Assign 2 times now, once inside Music City Mall and most recently in Carrollton for my business and the quality of his signs and price are the best out there! Highly Recommended!
