I called Snell Collision Center to work on my Tesla, Jackie answered the phone and informed me that they do not work on Tesla. (Tesla can’t see me until April and you can’t get them on the phone EVER!) Jackie wouldn’t stop working until she found me a certified place I could take my Tesla to get repaired (Auto Nation). I was in need of a rear bumper repair on my 2021 F150 and contacted Rene to see if he was interested in taking on the job. He said it would be a piece of cake and followed up with an eta and quote. The day I dropped off my truck, I was greeted with a smile and was communicated with multiple times during the process. My bumper ended up being replaced, realigned and color matched perfectly. Even If you don't have a Land Rover or Jaguar Rene and his team can get you fixed up with their state of the art facility!

Wow! I normally don’t post reviews, good or bad, but my experience today at Snell compelled me to do so.I worked with Nicole via e-mail to set-up my appointment. Nicole was extremely knowledgeable about vehicles, was on point with pricing, and went out of her way to get me in to get my issue fixed while I wait. Literally something I expected to wait for at least 3-4 hours was 45 minutes.I plan to share the good experience with others looking for a great collision place, but really want to thank Nicole for being the reason that I will return to Snell. Nicole conducts herself as an owner of the place and it shows. She truly cares about the customer experience. Nicole, you are a gem and Snell is very lucky to have you.Job well done, Snell!

I had the pleasure to work with Nicole at Snell Collision Center today. Nicole was not only kind and nice to work with, she was very professional as she explained the process of servicing my car. Fortunately, my car had a minor issue and she was able to get me in and out in a quick manner. Surprisingly, the repair was provided to me complimentarily. Wow! What business does that today? Some do, I'll admit, but its rare! Thank you Snell Collision Center, I definitely know where to return if the need should ever occur again, or if I need to refer someone, I won't forget Snell Collision! May seem trivial, but I say; smart business move on their part! Thank you for your service provided!

Unfortunately, this is the body shop that Land Rover Dallas recommends for their body work. I would go somewhere else. This is my 3rd time having a car with Snell Collision, and each time has been progressively worse than the last. This last repair, they were overbooked. They have too many cars and it took 2 months for them to get mine in. Fortunately, we were proactive and made sure they received the check from insurance and ordered the parts BEFORE we turned the car in. BE CAREFUL! They were going to have us turn in the car before even ordering the parts which would have meant the car was just sitting in their shop before the parts even came in. The backlog is challenging but not the weakest part of their customer service. The real pitfall for Snell is the complete lack of communication. If we called or emailed our estimator, there was a 20% chance we would get a returned communication. He never met any of the timelines he gave us for estimations on car completion dates which became really challenging after 4 weeks when our insurance no longer covered our rental. Given that they work on high-end cars, ideally, you would get updates (via email, phone call, text, ANYTHING) as your car progresses. I called on a weekly basis for 5 weeks. We could never get our estimator on the phone. The estimator did offer to bring our car to our home once he knew how frustrated I was with his lack of communication. That was a great service. Unfortunately, when the car arrived, there was still damage that was supposed to be fixed. That was over 5 weeks ago, and I still have not heard a peep from them (communication gap) about where the remaining damaged piece is or when they plan to finish the job. While the work completed was great, I do not recommend using Snell until they can get their estimator some help with his communication or utilize a system that provides automated updates as the car progresses through the various stages of repair.

The technicians at this auto repair shop are very efficient and understand the importance of quick diagnoses and repairs. I have never had to wait too long for my car to be ready.

Chris Dockery was a terrible communicator. I had a discussion with him personally about it. Many snags happened during the repair process that were not told to me. Let me be clear... it was not the supply chain problem. I understand those details. I was disappointed that I did not find out that the wheel was done incorrectly the first time and had to be sent back. Leaving me with several extra days to pay out of pocket for additional days on my rent car.Service: Body & Trim
