I visited this location a few weeks ago and I’m SO GLAD that I did. The customer service here was TOP NOTCHED. Santiago was my initial sales representative that assisted me in purchasing my new phone. There was NO pressure to purchase or even to sale my phone back to the company. He was a honest, friendly and helpful representative that helped to make my transaction as SMOOTH as possible. I even had to return back to the store a couple of days afterwards due to my watch not pairing, and even then the interaction with the sales representative ( I didn’t get his name) was pleasant. The individual was eager to help and what he didn’t know he consulted his colleague for assistance. Though it took sometime to configure, he remain patient and determined to rectify the issue. And it was NEAR closing time, and he DID NOT rush or make me feel like I was being rushed. I appreciate that. Because of these encounters, this location will have my business for years to come as long as the customer service remains the same.

Joann was amazing, we upgraded 3 phones and she was soooo patient with us during the process, she deserves an award after our adventure, but if you need to go to a Spectrum store I highly recommend this place...

I needed to get a new sim for my phone so I went in and a very nice lady took care of me and I was in and out in 10 mins. I also got to see the special deals they have for their customers and decided to upgrade my mobile service plan to a new plan for $10 more a month that allows me to upgrade my phone anytime. How cool is that!

The sale reps lied to me about the promotion deal with 1 gig internet. The additional charge of $30 was never disclosed to me. I even verified with the sale rep when I saw the first bill and got his confirmation that the $30 internet gig fee is a one time charge. But it is not, it’s a monthly fee on top of the base plan. I would have never switched provider if I had known about the true cost. This is a SCAM… this is not acceptable.
I’ll switch to another company asap.

Super friendly staff. Needed to open a new line. I was in and out in 15 minutes! Best cellular experience to date! Angel was awesome! Will def be back.

Service was three times slower than what I was paying for monthly. They charged me for the month that I canceled as well as the next month after my cancellation. The lady was rude on the phone during my cancellation and took forever to just say my service was finalized. When I went to return my equipment, the lady skipped over me and went to the next person because I didn't sign into the tablet even though I have been standing there for 10 minutes by myself. Glad I cancelled them!!!!

Joann and Angel have been nothing short of AMAZING!! They worked tirelessly to get my service transferred over!
