This place used to be amazing, but it’s really changed. It feels like only a couple of people are doing a good job, and the rest aren’t up to par. I’m not sure why they keep people who aren’t great at cutting. It was a huge loss when Anna left; she was such a wonderful person who always treated everyone well. Now Elizabeth and Areci are the best.

I've had 2 mediocre haircuts from Anny. Both experiences were very similar which is unfortunate. I entered the store and no one greets me. Anny starts cutting my hair and gets a bunch of hair in my face. She never makes any attempt to blow the hair off of my face or offer me a towel. I also noticed that the haircut isn't even and will require me to fix it(just like last time). She never offered to do my beard or offered me any products after my haircut was over.
I actually tried to get a different stylist this time and I came early before she clocked in hoping that someone else would cut my hair but she clocked in 30 minutes early and I pretty much was stuck. Had a similar haircut both times, with hair in my face throughout the cut and then me fixing it when I get home

Waited over an hour. Skipped over 4 times while “On Deck”. Will not be coming back to this location. Do not recommend at all.

It was my first time at this location and Elizabeth was phenomenal. She cut my hair exactly how I wanted and I had a pleasant conversation with her during my visit. The shampoo was great. The towel and water temperature was perfect. Also was happy to hear the company gives discounts to first responders/active military/ and veterans. The facility itself was very clean and had a great feel to it. I definitely recommend this location.

I like using the app — I would rather wait my turn at home than in the store. The cut is always good. I particularly like the MVP. Elizabeth M. is particularly good at what she does. She not only provides an excellent cut, but she is very friendly and enjoyable to visit with.
