I came in and I asked for a regular coffe I paid it and the cashier instead of giving me it right away like always. She started to do some online orders,I guess, I waited patiently after 5 minutes no one others orders or clients I asked her for my coffee,just a regular coffe she responds in a very rude mood, one second! Then she just drop it on the counter without word in a rude very rude attitude!

The baristas are so nice here! I came in for my morning coffee and my brain was super slow, the barista made a recommendation of toffee nut and it was amazing!! Great "third place" to work a few hours in a good but busy environment.

Been waiting for 20 mins for my drink they more worried about the drive through no one asked me about my order the manger just kept looking at me and walked away I don’t eat Starbucks was just picking it up for a friend and now I want ever be at a Starbucks

I'm writing this in a good and very admirable way Starbucks values employees and gives equal rights and not discriminate any disability. I Went around 11 on a Saturday the lady at the register I believe was deaf and couldn't talk much either but she had a sophisticated writing pad where you could write your order down so I wrote my order down with all I wanted and she made sure not to miss any of my order instructions and communicated with hand signs on part of my order which was easy to understand she prepared my pastrys and hot food and handed them to me and my order came out perfect with very professional, sweet and cheerful mood

hi! i’m a regular here and i always always love you guys! but i came in way earlier today and it took a lot longer than usual and there were not many cars at all, my two drinks were not made right. one felt really light and then my own drink was very dark and bitter after i asked for it to have blonde espresso and it seemingly had no syrup in it. i felt bad asking but said it wasn’t right so they remade it for me! but the girl seemed to be very upset with me and i felt so bad, the drink i got after was just milk and whip cream, there was no coffee or syrup in it. it was just really disappointing to waste my money. i’m sorry

Curious as to how the inside is closed due to a "power outage" when the drive through is running smoothly. If the power was out wouldn't the entire store be closed? Idk. I'll find out through corporate though, I guess.

This is the Starbucks from hell. Not that the employees can help it but they never have enough help so the store itself is always closed and you’ll encounter a 20 to 30 minute drive-through line to get your coffee. Don’t walk from this Starbucks run. This has been going on since Covid.?No one has 20 to 30 minutes to waste waiting on a coffee. Shame on you Starbucks you need to shut this one down if you can’t run it properly.
