Went in on the 10th wanting what's in the picture and got my hair chopped off, looks nothing like the what is on the photo and it's way shorter I'm not one to be confrontational so I just paid and left i won't be coming back here anymore

The Supercuts off northwest Hwy and Centerville is horrible. They don't listen to what you ask for. I get a simple head shave and a beard trim. She messed up both. I said leave the goatee. She shaved it with a 3. I will never go back there. Horrible.

A few weeks ago I got the perfect haircut here. Today I walked in with a full head of hair and a full beard. Asked for a low fade and to trim beard on the sides and lineup. No fade just a solid line. Completely chopped half of my beard off and not evenly. I can't even talk about what my mustache looks like. Sitting at the barber now after spending over an hour for this. I new I was in trouble when the stylist next to us kept looking over. Hope I can fix this and it's bye bye to my beard that took 6 months min to grow.

Took my twins there. The lines are uneven and the layers were cut bluntly with no work done to blend. Had to take my kids to go another haircut somewhere else immediately to fix it.Service: Haircut

I had finally grew my hair out to a beautiful length. I dedicated a lot of time and resources to ensuring it was healthy. I asked for a simple trim and layers during my visit and ended up losing half the length of my hair in order to fix a big mistake that was made. I am still upset about this.

They are not very good at giving fades. Would not recommend to anyone that is trying to get a fade.
