  Fast, friendly, and efficient service! The team at Take 5 Oil Change made the entire process so smooth and hassle-free. They explained everything in detail, didn’t pressure me into unnecessary services, and had me in and out in no time. Great customer service and professionalism from Chris and his buddy ! I’ll definitely be returning for my next oil change. Highly recommend!

  The customer service at this location is AMAZING. The employees are thoughtful and do a great job. A special thanks to the manager who took care of us and even gave my son a dollar for his birthday!!

  Worst visit ever, needed a simple top off of oil. Went to a nearby station, not the one I had oil change done. They found my name and truck info but said I didn’t have an oil change done at take 5 and was going to charge me for the top off of oil. Had the sticker on my windshield but they still said no record of change and had to charge me. Said goodbye and will never go back to a take 5 again. Have 5 vehicles, their loss

  Out of all the Take 5 Oil Change Service Centers…
  I’ve been too, I’ve always gotten good service. But… this one in Garland takes the cake!... Saul and David were very awesome!… they informed me that they will top off all my fluids… and when I asked if they would put on a new pair of windshield wiper blades for me… they responded “No Problem!”.
  Only took them five minutes to put the blades on… I am recommending anyone that needs an oil change… they should go to a Take Five Oil Change Service Center… they’re the best.

  Should be called take 40. Pulled up and it took them 15 minutes to finish the car in front of me. Then I pulled into the bay and everyone moved to the car next to me. I waited another 15 minutes.
  
  People were very nice, but I don’t think I will go back. I can drive to Rockwall, pay less and get it done faster.

  Quick and friendly service. There were three male employees that helped with my car and I didn’t get to see all of their names, but the one who talked to me through the service was named Jonathan. Jonathan was helpful, patient, informative, and gave great customer service. He offered me a water while I had my oil changed, offered to change my sticker for me, and also helped me pop the hood (I just got my car and honestly didn’t remember where to open the hood lol). Sending my husband here this weekend to get his oil changed and we will definitely be back! :)
