The lady that was at the self checkout screaming at my mom to scan the water bottles. If she was paying attention, she would have seen me scanned it. My mom told her it's been scanned. She came by and Ive told her... "Ive already scanned it, do you want the receipt." She stood there as I was paying, receipt printed, showed her and still trying to be funny. No, they need to stop with racial profiling! I left her with my receipt!

Love this store but their bathrooms are always disgusting. They have several lines open with cashiers for checkout and self checkout but somehow can't manage to have someone maintain/check bathrooms through out the day. It's obvious the floors are not cleaned correctly and they always have trash on the floor

I was here today. The girl at the self check out that was supposed to be helping people is rude as hell. All she was doing when I walked in she was flirting with one of her supervisors. She didn't say hi or anything to people she rolls her eyes just so rude. Not very inviting. I was needing help. I drop something I thought she would be nice to help me nope she just stared at me like I was stupid never coming back here ever again.

It's target. What else can I say? Lol! I would put 0 stars if I could, it has some sort of hypnotic source on me. I go in for milk, yet I walk out with $400 worth of candles, shampoos, a scooter, a elephant lamp? I have a love hate for you.

I've been followed around the store many times and even confronted their asset protection about following me. I am a weekly shopper and we do all our grocery shopping at this location because it's close to our house. But on many visits, I feel like I've been stereotyped. Employees follow me consistently, and it's highly uncomfortable because I spend a lot of money at this location. The delivery service has gotten worse over time. Just recently the young lady forgot half my order. - she just stood by my trunk waiting like I had an automatic trunk button... - I don't. I hit the unlock button many times. - suggestion, just walk to the window with your mask on if you feel uncomfortable around me and ask or greet or something so we can communicate how to get the items in the car. It's whatever. Long story short. They lost me as a customer. Never shopping at this location again. - not that the store management care. But it's my money, and they won't get another dollar from me.

Overall target is a nice store to shop at but the delivery part isn't the best only because the website is never up to date and that same thing happens with Walmart but I do love to shop at target my only tip is keep the website up for date because when i was buying candy for some friends I bought it and all but I didn't get it because the website was not up to date me and my friend we're devastated I will be shopping at target today let's see how this goes

What's it take to have your staff not forget items in a pick up order? It's pretty easy, check off the item, place it in the bag, add it to the order. This is the 3rd time in 2 months. I'd use another Target, but this on is on my drive home from work. The items are clearly in stock because I get charged for the missing items. So now I'm on my way - back to this Target - to get my items you missed that i was charged for. Maybe have some QC? Maybe? Hmmmm?

Sadly I'm leaving this review on my favorite location. The staff has helped me numerous occasions by going above in service. I used to consider it friendly and the example that all locations should mimic. The cleanliness is still great however the atmosphere has changed since masks ... I'm leaving this because I have witness it several times with other customers and now that it's happened to me I'm inclined to leave this review. As I walked in, before I could say anything I was approached with a patronizing ,yet almost passive aggressive tone about wearing a mask. It felt repelling & almost like I was greeted by an officer. It would have been better if they welcomed and greeted me first instead of going straight into the reprimand as if I'm a 6 yr old. The People around me and myself felt awkward and uncomfortable. I wasn't even given a chance to reach in my pocket to get my own mask before the employee reached for her own box of masks... that was such a mood killer for the rest of the experience. I won't be going back to any target until masks are optional.

They left 5 items out of my drive up order and charged me for them. When I called for a refund they said they couldn't do it that day, so I would have to call the next day. I never received an apology for the inconvenience or for the missing items. Not customer friendly. Its very frustrating to have items left out that you need and items cancelled because their inventory is not up to date.

Frequent shopper here! The staff is friendly, it's organized and decently clean. I love the set up they have. I appreciate the patience the staff has towards price checking. If you don't price check, you might be spending more money than you need to since the price in their computer doesn't always match the price online. When the pandemic hit its peak, the store had a sign of what's sold out and what's not in the front of the sign.

A couple of months ago, I purchased 3 pairs of chinos slim fit casual pants. The brand was Goodfellow, which I believe it's a Target brand. I like the way they fit, so I came back to buy 3 more pairs. They were actually on sale, priced $5.00 less than before. They were a lot of people in the store. Perhaps more than I expected. It was nice outside, sunny and mild, so I guess people were tired of being inside all day. All the staff wore masks and they wiped clean the check out registers after every customer. So, in summary, it was a good shopping experience today.

I love Target and Starbucks I frequently go to both but today I had my first awful experience at my Target store . I brought 2 mocha fraps and then headed to the movies while drinking the frap at the movies I thought I swallowed a fingernail but it turned out to be metal shavings . I felt my heart sank after but then I saw the metal shavings which were floating on top of both fraps . I returned to target to return both fraps while trying to explain to the cashier I swallowed a piece she just didn't say a word silently rude literally not a word I offered to show her the shavings but she just didn't want to see it or hear it almost type of attitude . I was walking off after being refunded I quickly turned right back to get my original receipt from the cashier and at that moment she then finally said something which she only said "sorry ". It felt pretty humiliating to not have said anything back to me while I was trying to explain myself to her , like she only said sorry after I asked for my original receipt which it wasn't even her fault it happened . I've worked in customer service almost all my life and when I went back I wasn't even mad or yelling because I know how it feels but at least have some humility . I also understand a accident could happen at Starbucks but nothing feels worse then swallowing something extra .
