TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!I went around 4pm on August 21,2023And the drive thru lady didn’t even say hi or anything , she just took my payment and that’s it , will not be going over there no more , if you’ll don’t want to work then don’t but stop being rudeIf you don’t like your job then go somewhere else, you’ll need to understand customer service is mostly at every job

I went to the facility in Garland. Was taken care of immediately with some changes to our joint account. The rep was excellent in helping me, answering my questions and taking care of my need to change something’s on my account. Very satisfied.

I have been with Texans CU for 35 years. I don't understand why they think they can run a bank with one person trying to cover the inside lobby and the drive through. I choose the drive through because I'm in a hurry... Having to wait 15-20 minutes to make a deposit is ridiculously.!
