I had my car from them for over a year and half now. It still runs great, they work with me when I am having problems with payments. They are one of the best.... Remember when you are buying a car from a buy here pay here, consider the company just as much as the car you are buying. You have to deal with this company until your loan is paid off. Ricci is the best. You will not be disappointed.

They have good used vehicles and they are honest about the vechicle. That is rare when you purchase a used vechicle from a used lot. Also they work with you on the down payment. Everything is postive.

I paid my car off. They have good cars .They may be older models but they dont sell junk cars like other car lots .And they are very patient about being behind but i never went behind more then two weeks cause its a respect thing .You go past a month u just cant afford the luxury of driving

Service sucked. No one outside ready to do business with me. Walked in first thing she wanted to do was do a credit app. I then asked if I could see the cars first and she said "I guess we can see". Then proceeded to ask for my ID. I then handed it to her and she looked at it and told me since it was out of state she could not do business with me.

I searched a few car lots and I am happy that I chose to come here. I spoke to Byron over the phone and was able to expedite the process by filling out the application online. I came into the office a few days later, around 10 am and was able to drive off with my car before 12 noon! Their customer service was top notch!
