This store USED TO BE great! I went in yesterday to exchange some clothes I bought for my kids. I didn't want to be hassled with waiting for money to go back on my card. When I pointed to the exact same pair of pants but a smaller size, I was still told it had to go back on my card because the color wasn't identical.They are also supposed to honor their online prices. I had a 3 pack of shirts that wrang up for 19.99, yet on the website, the exact shirts were 9.99. I had my phone out so she could see. The girl next to my cashier rudely told me they don't do that anymore, so I asked politely and out of curiosity when did the stop. She got a huge attitude and very rudely told me, "When my manager told me we don't, which was last week." So I told them they can keep the shirts.I will not return to this store again!

My email has been used fraudulently here. I would not shop here again. My suggestion for people who shop here would be to check your emails and accounts. Looks like this place has issues with customers information getting leaked, I have filed a complaint about my issue and I hope it gets fixed.

Very rude and unwelcoming employees. A lady who seemed to be the manger on shift did not greet nor say goodbye to customers. She eyed my children as they looked around the store. It is a CHILDREN’S clothing store so of course kids will be in the store. She huffed because my little girl accidentally dropped pants. I picked it up. The store was dead and there was no reason to get frustrated over something small. I have worked in crisis response and I don’t understand how someone can get so frustrated with small things.

Theres this guy that works there that’s very rude. Its early in the morning so I’m unsure if they are open. The door was a bit stuck bc the latch was still on it. I manage to open it and he sees me open the door. I kindly ask him if they,re open. He rudely responds with “weLL tHe dOor is oPen” i looked at him and walked right back out. Why are you working there if you hate your job?? And this isn’t the first time they act rude they huff and puff when a cx walks in the door.

I wish that Managements are actually reviews these store specific complaints. The workers are super rude, I entered the store and heard how one employee was almost yelling to a customer standing there with her 5 kids. Those kids were terrified… Poor mama was holding herself not to burst into tears in front of her kids! This is just beyond unacceptable behavior from the employees. I took my child and walked away. Never again returning there…

They really don’t care about costumer service. I try to return a shirt that didn’t fit my kid, I had my order # and the card I used but their system didn’t take it even thought it was the same one I used, so I couldn’t get my money back, or exchange it for sth else or get store credit. They just told me sorry nothing we can do. The manager (male) didn’t care at all, he acted as I was not even there.

This stores closes at 9pm. I walked in around 8:20 and was not greeted at all. Ok cool, no big deal, but then I had a young girl come up to me and tell me i have 10 minutes. I explained their website specifically says 9 and so does their door. I felt so bothered that I quickly got some of what i needed but not exactly what I needed. They didnt want to help me find what I was looking for, they just wanted to rush me out. Will never set foot in this store again.

I will never step foot in this store again after the way I was treated by the male (manager?) who would not give me his name. I wish I can give him a zero star because he had horrible customer service! I understand store policies (which in this case was absolutely not acceptable or even applicable) but the way he was talking down to me as if what I was saying to him was stupid to say the least. He is arrogant and condescending and definitely should not be working in customer service, let alone be a manager!I bought some clothes for my grandson for Christmas. He is 2 yrs old and I bought him size 3 clothes. One of the half zip fleece sweaters would not go over his head. I didn’t realize this until we had already washed it, as we do all their new clothing especially now with Covid. ( i know my grandkids sizes as I shop for them often) This particular item was even a size bigger than what he normally wears and it still wouldn’t fit his head. (First time we had this issue)I tried to go in and exchange the item and they wouldn’t even hear of it. Even tho this item is obviously defective or designed wrong for a 2/3 yr old with a normal sized head!I swear I felt like such a Karen….. I hate that he provoked me to go off even tho I held back some (bc I love Jesus)! I also hate that my grandson was with me when this all took place. ?Looking at previous reviews of this store, it looks like they are definitely lacking quality employees which is a direct reflection of their management!

the manager sucks at opening the store on time. he is almost always 2 hours late. if it was an employee "ohhh big trouble" but for him because he's a kiss ass, he doesn't get in trouble. i love the store but screw mr. mark (the manager). y'all need a new one.

Horrible service. I asked the 1st cashier I wanted to exchange a pack of boys underwear for a different size and return the 2 t-shirts I had purchased on-line. She said fine go get your correct size and asked if I wanted a gift card or placed back on the debit card. I told her a gift card is fine. I come back to the register with the correct size underwear and 2 pairs of jeans and now the underwear are $19.95 not $13.95 (on-line price) manager stated I couldn’t get the $13.95 price because the incompetent cashier gave me the whole order on a gift card. I told her that I had given instructions to the cashier that I wanted to exchange the underwear for correct size and return the other two T-shirts. Long story short I had to get online on my phone and look for the underwear and show them the $13.95 online only price which they went ahead and honored. They were so rude about it.

Nice place to shop for children's clothing unfortunately they do not carry plus sizes in the store so have to resource to online.
