Most are located in places you better bring a gun and half the customers are on parole then they stopped carrying grow equipment and supplies so it's either buy blunts papers and or get robbed in the parking lot so nice business model it's nothing like it was 20 years ago??

Came in with my kid. An employee proceeds to ask how they can help NEVER once said anything about my kid standing there with me, Some racist guy comes out the back yelling next time you know kids aren’t allowed. I say ok well I thought they can since they are allowed in the liquor store. He yells this isn’t the liquor store and don’t catch an attitude because I can refuse service . Now we are having a screaming match inside the store. UNPROFESSIONAL WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN ALSO POSTING VIDOES ON TIKTOK OF ENCOUNTER

The gas pipe is probably the best smoke shop in the metroplex. The workers there are always so friendly and are always ready to help.

They usually have good service but one burgundy haired, dirty mouth white girl was very rude and purposefully over charged me. When I politely mentioned my issue, she wafted me away as if she did not care. She then began arguing with me and called the police to have me escorted off the premises rather than accommodate a returning customer. I’m NEVERRRRR COMING HERE AGAIN and I recommend spending your hard earned money elsewhere.Pretty sure this happened because I’m black, many other reviews have the same responses. DON’T PATRONIZE THIS COMPANY ESPECIALLY IF YOU’RE BLACK!!!!!!!

Wonderful establishment. Never have I ever felt like I was a burden at this establishment. Would recommend to others, calendar competition is always a yearly special day that I have to take off work for.

Cigars are stale. They need a room specifically for cigars as well as an actual selection of them.It's amazing the owners only respond to 5 star reviews???You would think the low star reviews might get a "hey what can we do better for you!
