I setup appointment and walk straight through, never any issues. Attendants are always very friendly and experts at doing their jobs. Always an enjoyable experience.

Tom Thumb is the least expensive place to get certain medications from Goodrx. However, the medications are never in stock. When I present a refill for 90, I am given 30 and told I have to remember to come in each month to get the rest. Most pharmacies refill the rest of the prescription when they come in. I have never seen the person at the register smile in the years I have come there. Neither do others in the pharmacy jump in to help on back logs of customers. The good part is the pharmacy is seldom busy because nobody wants to use them.

had 1 prescription! it was at 0 cost there were 3 customers i was the 3rd!it took over 10 minutes thn thy called a lady back AFTER SHE HAD LEFT CUT in front of me added another 3 minutes thi is exactly th reason i dislike this pharmacy very much!

It is good but only thing is they should update the website to say they don’t take walk ins for flu shots after 4 pm. Any one could just show up and expect to get a vaccine

I've been a customer of the pharmacy for 1+ yrs and have had the pleasure of being served by the great staff. Not only professional, but empathetic, kind and always with a fast turnaround. Tom Thumb was a mile from my home but I now live 25 minutes away, but I still make the drive - it's difficult finding great service!I'd like to recognize Mo, one of the pharmacy techs who is fabulous and goes out of his way to assist. When I pick up my RX's, he already has my account pulled up - he knows my birthday which is amazing. I'm a customer service manager, trainer and retention specialist. Anyone would be lucky to have someone like Mo as a front-line representative.I highly recommend this pharmacy, especially for those who may be handicapped, as they have a drive-through and wait time is minimal.Thank you all!Barbie

Good pharmacy prices on goodrx if your ins doesn't pay for prescription at your preferred pharmacy.
