Very rude staff, they went on about my daughters medicine not being covered by insurance when I never I had pay for it before and they wouldn't let me provide her insurance 😤 I will not be using this pharmacy anymore

I went to get my 77 year old aunts prescription. Carlos is a Rockstar!!! The lady pharmacist was extremely rude to my aunt and myself. She also LIED about the price and said Good Rx blocked my aunts doctor from their program. When in FACT she didn't know how to change the pricing using GoodRx. Therefore Tom Thumb's system actually shut down. She needs to remember that a Degree doesn't teach you respect for your elders and she should be GONE from the store!! Once again, Thank You Carlos for your patience and understanding.

Rude staff and prescriptions are always late on very basic medications. Promised a medication by 5pm via a phone call, and then showed up to pick it up and told it actually was not ready until the following day.Hugely inconvenient for zero reason when there are many pharmacies around with better staff, hours, wait, and general regard for their customers.Will be moving my prescriptions, and all those in my household, elsewhere immediately and I suggest you do the same.

If it wasn’t for an extremely rude, female pharmacist at this location, and a ridiculous policy that customers who are being waited on, must move aside and let the person behind them take their place when they need a few seconds to pull up the Good Rx app on their phone, I would give a five star rating. I can always go somewhere else to get my prescriptions filled without this much hassle!I don’t have to accept this pharmacist’s rude & condescending remarks either! She really needs to GO!!

I absolutely love this pharmacy. Carlos is a rock star. The pharmacist is phenomenal. The lady pharmacist is also terrific. I've moved out of the area but don't want to change.

I moved my medicine from Walgreens to here and let me just say. Irvin the pharmacist is a life saver. He was able to save me so much money on my medicine. I highly recommend. Staff was so nice. First time here and loved the experience.
