My daughter ordered some deli platters online for me to pick them up. When I went to the store, I didn't find a number to call in the pickup area because we needed to use the Tom Thumb app for pickups. When I went inside, Rudy, the supervisor, was very rude, questioning why I didn't call the store. After talking with the Manager, I realized they were unaware of their business because they mentioned a phone number not in the pickup area. The customer service in this store is the worst.

As always, Tom Thumb was well organized, well planned for a grocery store. The manager, Mr. Perez will bend over backwards to make everything right.

Yesterday I requested a value pack ground beef so I could have the sale price and there were only small ones on the shelf. Another customer was waiting for them to bring her 2 value packs from the back. He refused to extend me the same service he gave her.

Cashier told me that I couldn’t use the digital coupons after he scanned everything/before I payed. I guess that’s one way to get out of letting me use them while making sure I’ll pay full price. Idk, seems kinda scammy to me. I was excited to use the app and digital coupons. Now I’m just disappointed and feel taken advantage of.

I have shopped at this Tom Thumb since it first opened. I rarely shopped there now. Produce goes bad within a few short days of purchasing. It doesn't matter what time of the year. Meet selection is sparse and they run out of standard things like chicken and eggs weekly it seems. they have pretty much the same management that's been there for over a decade. I guess this is where they send management to go when they can't go any lower. Most people in the store walk around like they hate life and you're just an interruption to their day. their gas prices are astronomical and their savings program of $.10. Can't compare with simply going to places like Sam's or you can save 3 to 4 times as much. Since Safeway the company that's mostly what you find on their shelves. Things like large cans of albacore tuna take weeks to get back in stock yet you can go up the road to Kroger and find all you want. Their selection is sparse pretty much all over the store, which is fairly outdated by today's grocery store standards. Even other Tom Thumb stores make this one look like it's ancient. there are rarely people working the cash registers ever since they put in self serve. You routinely see people with 30, 40 plus items in their cart being put through the express line while the regular cash registers aren't even busy. Don't bother saying anything to people that work there or even the manager they just look at you with a blank stare, or will lie to your face. there are much newer, better stocked Tom thumbs with much better staff and management near this one. Keep driving you won't regret it. I am shocked and amazed that the store is even still open. It should have been bulldozed over a long time ago and they should've started from scratch on a larger lot.

Juan has terrible customer service. The way he talk down to me like a child. All I ask him to do was to void two items and he's hostile action and tone was so unwelcoming. Most likely will not come back here to shop.

The only reason I go here is cause I sometimes lazy to drive the extra mile to the Kroger store Prices are always double or triple then Kroger and They look at me like I am going to steal the whole store the worst part is they are minorities just like me

The drive-thru pharmacy is convenient, but that’s the only upside. They’ve had issues filling my scripts but never communicated with me or given me any reason. The older female pharmacist is so aggressive, she has scolded me nearly every time I go pickup prescriptions over the last year. She doesn’t seem to need a reason, she’s just angry.Definitely not a bad pharmacy. But with plenty of them around, it just made sense to transfer elsewhere.

This store has always had problems like getting home and realizing the milk I just bought is expired but it’s such a close store so I keep going back. I pay really close attention to the expiration dates. Tonight I went in and all the salmon that was available said it was packed on 5/20/2023, the problem is, today is 5/19/2023. So they’re putting the wrong dates on their seafood. That seems shady. The fish also smelled like it had gone bad.

It is within walking distance, so it gets my business. Prices are not the best, but sales are pretty good. Good meat selection. Best meat prices are at the butcher counter.

Shrimp ? was on sale. Had to get it. I also got some Broccoli salad from the deli. Apparently I'm not the only one who thinks so. There was only a little left.I asked the guy to scrape the container and give me all that was left.

I can't decide if the pharmacy staff is incompetent or just lazy. Having to use two systems to check you out is horribly inefficient, and if there is any kind of a line you will not be done in under 30 minutes. Even worse, they take forever to fill prescriptions, and if you ask them where something is, they will lie to your face and say "it's been ordered, but they don't tell us what's coming in our orders." or "It will be here tomorrow" and on the next day "oh it will be here next week, we don't get orders in the weekend or Mondays." I don't appreciate the lies.
