DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!!!! My aunts storage was broken into two days after she moved in! Management will not cooperate with her. The police have called them several times and no resolution.

What I did not like was: I was told if I placed the moving blankets that I purchased inside the cab I would be issued a credit. I never received noticed about a credit.

Edwardo at U-Haul is absolutely amazing! His professionalism and exceptional customer service made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Jackie is awesome. also note that the storage unit height may not be as expected in all the units, as there are a couple bars running horizontal from the ceiling in the unit I rented attached to main office building. my shelf almost didn’t fit

Eduardo Duelos was doing such an excellent job when my family and I went to go return a truck. He was constantly asking making sure everything was fine & if we needed anything else, he even offered us storage.
