This is the worse place to get a storage they said they flooded out and took all my daughters nice stuff and need I remind you filter through it took from front room furniture, brand new ice box, big screen TV, and so much more they need to be under investigation, please don't place your stuff in these storage and God is going to make you pay for all the wrong you have done to people that trusted you with their stuff and rude and need to be shut Down!!!!!!! I gave a one star because zero was not an option

This place will do anything to steal your money I rented a truck they gave me a truck that was almost empty I forgave that then I returned the truck a day early and they said it was stolen they then found it and charged me for the days plus the mileage when I didn't do it saying they would have to check cameras it has been a month and I have called at least 100 times with only being answered twice they kept saying that are checking cameras and they will get back to me when they know something but they never doWhatever you do don't use this play they are scum and I hope close down

At the pickup location the first keys to first start they gave me was parked in between two trucks and I couldn't get it out and it was raining. Had to go back in to get somebody to move the truck that was in front of it. After that started up and started driving it and the windshield wiper was missing on one side. Then went to get the car dolly and there was the strap for the tie down was missing not only that it was behind four other car dollies that we had to move around to get out. Then put that one on and get the one with straps get it hooked up and go inside to show him a picture of the fender world that was damaged. The manager was like oh you can't take that one that's it local one only. So how to change out the car dolly too. Then come down here to return it it says I get to return it in Rusk which is where I live at. The day of my return I get a text message that says I have to return in Jacksonville which is 18 miles away which put me over miles and I was charged for. Not only that I have images of the gas tank I put more gas in it than what was in it when I got the truck. Have photo documentation of both of them pick up and delivery gas gauges. So I'm extremely upset Not only was I charge for extra 3 gallons of gas but extra 8 Miles that only occurred because I had to drive to Jacksonville instead of my original drop off destination. Please reach out to me I would love to discuss this further with management.

I was significantly overcharged on my rental.The mistake on mileage was made by the company. which caused my mortgage payment to be late! No apology, no attempt to rectify immediately. Or compensate my situation.

The customer service at the 12215 LBJ location in Garland is terrible. We’ve attempted to refill our propane tanks three times. No one answers the phone at the location, the manager who indicates on her biz card that we can text her with questions, has not replied to our text and we’ve ended up driving there only to be told that the propane pump won’t turn on or they don’t have any propane or that it’s been turned off for service. It would be VERY helpful if someone answered the phone and saved us three trips.

Worst experience ever. No customer service in store at all. Cashier actually said U-Haul will not allow them to post a sign "no propane". They haven't had any for months. Customer service more concerned with planning their evening and ignoring the 3 customers waiting. Stay away!!

Easily the worst managed Uhaul. Staff = incompetent. Overall terrible experience, storage flooded and they handled it poorly, destroyed all our stuff. They take no responsibility at all. Any 5 stars you see is from staff and their family members

I have a unit here, nit even a month. They clise at 10pm 7 days a week. Today, 12/8/23. Two guys approaching me. So i have to leave at 7pm. Thats is contradictory to the contract i have.. I asked for a bit of time to organize my belongings, he continued threatening with cslling police. I was doing enything wrongful, but i don't deserve this treatment. I see reviews, on this place,. It s wake up to kot support the practices abusing of abrother or sister. Joe García

Where do I start with this wonderfull place of people with hearts of gold understanding people's hectic lives in their changes in moving that it is a difficult time in people's lives to make moving changes! From the GM Anne to manager Martin to the detail guys and all other staff to allow us to make these changes in our lives without any negativity like your late on your payment where locking you out !! To worrying us about past due billings and not auctioning our unit as soon as we r late on payment like other storage facilities have and not working with people in a really stressful time in normal people's lives but the late fee will stick and is well worth paying it!! we can't thank your staff enough for being so understanding and professional and as long as you communicate with theaff they are 100 % compliant on customers needs and wants as we rent a storage unit at this facility and had no problems at all and we give you guys a well earned 5stsr rating because you guys have the biggest uhaul storage I have ever seen from truck van rentals of all sizes to storage unitsto any trailer size,any size box containers y'all have million of as well as a huge fleet mechanic shop because you guys rent more moving vehicles I have ever seen and the mechanics must do a great job to keep the vehicles safe and running so it's a major operation at this place and to deal with the public and all y'all's equipment to is a huge job for a company to handle and I tikt my hat to you all thanks alot for the great job that you do and the 5 stars is well earned no matter if y'all make a mistake or any negative customer feedback back I won't take side with and I did not mention a trailer hitch install shop as well !! Worst and laziest place and staff ever. Don't waste your time. Ive had to come back 3 times for a propane refill and still have not refilled.

Worst U-Haul ever!!! I've been back here 3 times to try and refill 1 propane tank. I was told to wait for the associate who wouldn't be able to help for 20 minutes. I waited the 20 minutes and was just told that it will be another 20 minutes to wait for someone named Jack. Worst customer service ever. Go to a different U-Haul. This location is a serious waste of time.

If i could give zero stars i would. Shceduled pick up time was 5:00, headed out of town for a 3 day vacation. Me my wife and kids were there until 7:30!!!!! I had to hook up my own trailer while the uhaul employee sat on his phone making plans for a birthday party. After i hooked my own trailer up we realized i needed an adapter for the wiring, so I sent my wife to grab one. While my wife was standing in line ro buy the adapter we decided to load myotorcyle and other things on to the trailer. As soon as we started to load the trailer the employee sprung up from his party planning and said you can't do that. Already exhausted after being at work all day and now 2 hours begind schedule. I said my wife is in line buying the adapter were not going anywhere just trying to consolodate time. He became agreessive and raising his voice. I explained all of these items to the people inside, they said the manager would be in contact, staill hasn't happened. Uhaul do better

One evening my daughter and I went to the storage before 10pm. As we were leaving it was a gentleman that had been there a little longer then us, Well he was trying to exit the storage with his code, as he put the code in , no response the gate didn't open. I tried my code it didn't open. So we were stuck in the storage area for nearly an hr trying to get out. We called customer service they weren't really any help. The lady on the line, tried to call security no avail. So I came up with an idea of climbing over the gate with a ladder I had found, before the big door closed down. So eventually the gentleman climbed a ladder to get over the gate to access the entrance gate from the outside. It was a horrible experience given I have anxiety and panic attacks really bad.

Do not use this storage! Not only can you never get a "manager" on the phone, you can't get a call back either. I stored my stuff in a unit there, it then got soaked with water on an inside unit. They never explained how that happened. They took no pictures. They lied and said they did, but could never produce them. They then threw my things away. I had insurance on the unit, thankfully, who tried to pay partially but due to the storage's multi failures in this, they paid in full but not before trying to deny they even had to do that. Wrong person. They paid the claim in full. Do not walk, run away from this place. Everything about this experience has been the worst time in my life. Ariana is the manager, IF you can find her, good luck; doesn't answer emails or phone calls ever. If you go there, double insure your things so that when the throw it away you can at least get paid.
