Battery died. The female customer service agent was rude to the Litty dispatch driver then claimed he was rude to her. I did not appreciate seeing that dishonesty.

And another thing about their roadside assistance guy is, he brought us gas cuz we were out &, he barely put enough gas in uhaul for us to make it 5miles, we started running out again b4 even got to station. SMH!
