I have been waiting for a freight delivery for over 2 weeks - have been told 4 different times that it would be delivered that day only to be told at 4:00 that it had not been put on the truck. They do not answer their phone 1/2 the time. Horrible customer service.

Same as Ned. Paid top dollar for UPS 3 day shipping, 1 pallet from Cali to Dallas. They had the pallet on 11/19, told me delivery 24th... on 24th told me 11/30.. all is good.. then they try to deliver 25th, the day before they said 30th. Well now its the 30th, and its just sitting at the terminal and not out for delivery. Wont be using high dollar UPS anymore. What a joke!Update: so it appears they repacked the skid and lost 2 boxes, costing me more than the cost of the freight. STAY AWAY!!

Pallets get lost at this location constantly, hope some serious investigation happens at this location... My pallet was stuck at this location for week before they said it was lost. they kept giving different reasons not delivering and holding the pallet and after 7 days they say it was never arrived at their location. But tracking info clearly says it arrived at UPS Garland Service Center. This center needs honest and ethical people and UPS should conduct serious investigations here...

I've been waiting on 2 pallets of product to be delivered. Was originally scheduled to arrived 2 weeks ago. Still no sign of it, no updates. I keep calling and getting the runaround, telling me the service center will call me within the hour, but they never call. I'm missing $9k worth of products.

Had a shipment picked up in Euless, TX going to Durant Oklahoma. (1 day delivery, so they said) UPS FRT sent it to Garland where it sat for a week ... still trying to get it back so we can deliver it ourselves. Never using them again. They are terrible. Customer service is useless.

Phone number is incorrect...Called into UPS Freight direct, they gave me a number that is also not working / not in service. I have a freight shipment stuck there...no one answering, no help at all.

Piad top dollar to ship two pallets from California to a valued customer in Texas. Pallets have now been in Texas at UPS Garland Service Center for 3 days now as UPS cites an "incident" as delaying shipment. Then we hear UPS is waiting for an appointment with destination. Destination is a major distribution center, waiting is not an option. UPS may well cost us our valued customer! Thinking very seriously about Fed Ex as the way to go!

Good luck ever getting your package if it goes through this UPS terminal. They kept promising me my shipment was going to be "on the truck tomorrow," continued to schedule me delivery appointments every day for a week straight, and the delivery never came. When I would call, I could only speak to someone if I went through a UPS customer service supervisor. I contacted the seller who told me that they continuously have an issue with this terminal and that they're considering another carrier in the future. It's sad and disappointing that this terminal doesn't have the decency to call you back, schedule an appropriate delivery date, or care at all. They are severely lacking in professionalism and respect for their customers.

Linda at terminal office is great person, but fat bold guy is rudest individual I ever seen in a long time. It's sad 1 individual puts down whole crews.

They have held a delivery for over a week can not give us an ETA. Very rude customer service and no help at all.
