Paid $200 for a po box and when i go to get my keys. they tell me, they cant Process the po box due to due a system error that has been going on for multiple weeks.
The supervisor is incompetent unable to run a post office. They need to be replaced immediately.

everytime a package or letter that needs ID or anything needing to be hand delivered to someone is to be delivered they don't even bother to make the attempt they just write that stupid slip saying an attempt was made even though it wasn't. I've even witnessed them write it out and deliver the slip rather than make the effort to knock on the door and get a signature through my bedroom window before. I set up a redelivery and even went and talked to the carrier and of course they didn't have it. last time this happened it was an undelivered return to work notice and the post office cost someone in my household their job

I have been to this place or location three times to apply for my family passport and Iam lucky meeting a wonderful, Kind and hard working lady Ms. Dea she is very helpful , process documents professionally always kind to customers smile on her face all the time nice behavior with all customers I appreciate all her efforts and wish her all the best.

Why the need feel the need to talk down and be jerks I dont know. Y'all lost a piece of mail. Own up to it and figure it out. Stop being rude and disrespectful and be helpful. The people here are horrible.

This review is specifically for the fingerprinting services: go somewhere else! The staff were not properly trained and spent 1 hour trying to obtain quality fingerprints for me and my wife. However, both of our digital fingerprint applications were denied within 15 minutes of submitting. I spoke with the manager but no refund was offered. Very disappointing.

I have had constant issues with them delivering packages to the wrong address and having to go pick up my packages as they pick and choose what’s to big. I went in to discuss my frustrations and the post master was to put it mildly unprofessional. She wouldn’t hear my concern and more focused on the fact I should feel bad for their employees delivering my mail in their personal cars. All I can tell the employees that work for her if she is not paying you to use your car either don’t or find a new job.

BACHTUYET was really rude every time i was served by her, i got my mail in the informed delivery, it never came, 10 days later, i went there and asked, Bach Tuyet said i had to wait for 1 month then asked the sender, it looked like the post office didn’t have anything to do with it, but my email said i was supposed to have it that day, my tax return lost, green card lost too. Worst service, she should not work in the front, she acted and yelled like you didn’t understand English, and it was multiple times.

Had an appointment at 1:15pm got there at 12:45pm . This was for my foster son’s passport. The lady (black lady , short blonde hair, glasses) there was so rude and had an attitude as soon as we opened the door. She was also super rude to an Asian lady that was just trying to ask a simple question beside me. She was not helpful AT ALL!! She also gave us the wrong information talking about we needed a judge / court paperwork as I tried to explain our situation she did not care at all to hear me out she immediately said you just need to reschedule. Super dismissive and rude. They don’t even have the updated passport application. Went to the passport office on St Francis in Dallas and got all the RIGHT documents please don’t even waste your time with this BS office !
PS my husband wants to add if she don’t want to help people she just needs to go work at McDonald’s lol

I had a Package delivered to the wrong address. They confirmed through Email that had delivered my package incorrectly and were unable to retrieve my package. They denied my claim for my insurance refund even though they sent me an email confirming their mistake. It doesn’t make sense why I pay for insurance if they won’t pay me what I lost due to their mistake. Awful Service

4th trip. Need to get a Passport. These rules change based on who is there. Passports are Mon, Tue, Thur, only and you have to be there before 8:30. Today I learned only the first 4 are accepted. I was 10th in line 7:45. Chicken S.
