I've had numerous packages failed to be redelivered (even after scheduling a redelivery and waiting all day), failed to be delivered (post office claims someone stole their mail keys), and "lost". When I've explained my issues to staff/supervisors, they don't seem to really care, as if I'm inconveniencing them. Mail clerks at the registers are extremely slow, and will openly toss packages into baskets despite "fragile" stickers on them. I can't imagine what the standard is supposed to be, but it doesn't feel like this post office meets them.

I went to find out why my package was not placed in my mailbox and waited 30 minutes for the supervisor who never showed up. Horrible Service!

Their delivery van hit and damaged our mailbox and plaque. After 3 weeks, I have yet to hear from their insurance department to make it right. They initially left me a voicemail about 1.5 weeks after the incident to let me know I should expect a call in 1-2 weeks. Every time I have called the post office, I get disconnected and am unable to reach an employee or leave a message. At this point, I will be looking to file a police report or take them to small claims court, as I am unable to get any resolution with this matter.

Horrible service. I don’t know why they have a phone if they never answer. I have been trying to get a hold with them for days and no answer.They need better staff!!!

Our package was on hold at this post office for not having an apartment number. Amazon's automated call said that the package would be on hold for 4 or 5 days. We came to pick it up a day later, and the employee admitted that they almost threw it away and that we were lucky. On top of that, we were only given one item when we ordered three, and the employee said that was the only one she found.DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! They will throw away your mail and not tell you instead of returning to the sender! They're clearly breaking the law!

Have been trying to call for several days no answer. My regular postman is clearly out because I've been getting packages and even medications for other addresses. I don't know about you but I would be very angry to know my meds are left just any place.

I had a few issues with my package not being able to delivered (my own fault) because I didn't put an apartment number on the website I ordered from and I called this USPS to try and correct it. To be fair, I called about 10-15 times trying to get ahold of someone because no one would answer and then this gentleman named Keynan (hope I spelled it right) answered and was able to correct it for me. I waited a few hours after getting off the phone and then it updated saying the package got sent back to the carrier. So I called again and the same gentleman answered. He called the driver and let it be known my apartment number and said it would be delivered. He went above and beyond and I didn't want that to go overlooked. Thanks so much!

Staff is helpful and will answer questions patiently. The kiosk outside never has receipt paper, so you have to type in the email address. I don't know why it would be so hard to replace the paper regularly. It gives the impression that some staff are lazy.

Very nice staff they are willing to help and answer questions. Not to many customers so wait is not long. Location is not the easiest to find but once you know where it is located you can get in and out quickly.

One of the most unprofessional places I've ever been to. Absolutely no customer service at all. The hispanic man who is the supervisor/manager needs to be fired. He insulted me instead of handling the situation better than what he did. When I mentioned to the staff that the package material was defective and that I could not complete my address on the envelope, he called me a thief for not paying for the envelope. I will for sure report to the post master. This type of behavior doesn't surprise me being that it's Garland. I went to Richardson a few days later and had a much better experience. I wish they'd abolish the USPS. FedEx, UPS and Amazon are far better.

One of the nicer and better kept usps offices. Both staff members in the office were also very helpful and friendly; I didn’t even need to ask for help, Rich was wonderful and offered to assist me.I didn’t get the name of the woman working with him the morning of 10/5, but she was kind and pleasant as well.

Negative stars if possible. Since moving to Garland, the carrier repeatedly decides when he wants to pick up and drop off mail, which is a felony offense under their own postal code they swore an oath to uphold. No one at that office cares. Contacting the Dallas Postmaster does not fix the corruption problems at this center. Record everything your carrier and this PO does, and contact the PO Police, they do not mess around with delay or destruction of mail, which is what is going on at this branch.Do not let them do what they want, record every wrong doing and file it with the federal authorities and PO police.
