I wish the option to give zero stars was available because this post office needs it! How many more complaints do they need before they do something!!!!The supervisor at this location is HORRIBLE!!! First, I put in a change of address online two weeks prior to my move. I have NOT gotten any of my mail and I had already removed the green vacant card out of the mailbox. They sent my package back to the sender a package I have been waiting on for 1 week and without notification. I had to call and make a case on both incidents. When I called the post office I spoke with the rude nonchalant supervisor who then tells me I need to write my name in the mailbox. I asked why I needed to do this when I completed and was charged online for a change of address and then she says in a monotone rude voice "it's our policy". I said that was nowhere online and how was I supposed to know. Now I'm two weeks post NO MAIL and she is giving me attitude. I pay money for things and I WANT THEM! Then she hurries me off the phone and abruptly hangs up telling me she will take care of it. THIS POST OFFICE IS HORRIBLE!. Mind you, I'm moving from Dallas to Garland and I wish there was a way to bypass this post office when dealing with my mail. How do you drop the ball but then get an attitude with the customer for inquiring about something that is FEDERALLY THEIR's!!!!! GHETTO!!!

We had a package delivered that was supposed to require a signature. Not only was there no signature collected, but the delivery person lied about giving it to an individual and just shoved it in our mailbox. They are lucky it was still there.

Bad service I have been looking for my package for a week that was supposedly left at my door and I come to claim it and they don't give me an answer, only that they will investigate and to top it all off they answer you in a bad way

I just want to say thank you to the lady that works here.I had a package stating it was delivered however I never received anything that day. 6 days passed and my husband finally went down to the post office to look if they had it in the back.The lady did not have it but did write our numbers down in case she was able to find it.I get a call this morning and she confirmed the box has been delivered to the wrong address. She is going to try to get the box back however she will call me same time tomorrow to confirm.I know accidents happen but i'm very happy with the customer service that was provided to me. She made it seem like she really cared about my lost package.

The postal service workers were really nice, welcoming and helpful. It was pretty fast too I was there a total of 6 minutes and they had a line of about 4 people.

Great customer service. I had a box full of certified letters going out and Patty and another gentlemen worked through the box as quickly as they could and were kind and pleasant.

I came to this post office Today on March 14th 2023 around 12 p.m. I only needed some boxing tape to apply my label and drop it off down the street. I was told by a young caucasian lady with a blonde ponytail and an older caucasian guy at the far right, that they only help paying customers. I kindly left with my dignity. It's sad that you can't even get help that is this simple in this day and time we are living in. I had no idea you couldn't even let someone borrow tape at the post office. It's rude, inhumane, unethical, and mean. It's disrespectful, belittling, and down right prejudice! I hope mich nicer people will be put in their place, because these people do not deserve to work at ANY post office! Thanks for a true eye opening experience.

NOPE just nope. Can't expect much from a government agency I guess. Where is my mail USPS?!!!! How do you have the authority to decide what gets delivered to my house and what doesn't?! I'm the homeowner and you should be dropping my mail accordingly!!!!

I ordered my package Dec. 16th as a christmas gift fully expecting it to be a little late. It is now Jan. 2nd and they are playing ring around the rosie with my package sending it to different locations that are no where near me. It finally got to one closest to me and then today they sent it to ANOTHER hub further away. Im sick of it. I want my husbands Christmas gift and a refund on shipping since we're just gonna juggle peoples expensive items like were at a circus. And of course, i have not been able to get a hold of ANYONE at ANY of the facilities its been to.

Wow! At this point it’s unbelievable to say the least. I went to this location to do a return and the clerk name was KEVIN. What I will say about this individual is he only corresponds with he’s kind (if you know what I mean). Sadly. I’m assuming he think it’s 1940 and not 2022! Paid for my return to get back to sender and they never received it, however I had just did a return the next day with another clerk and SURPRISE they received that package but not the one Kevin sent out! How ironic ….Looking at these reviews you guys need to do a full investigation on him him immediately or charges will be filed!

I end up having a package that was suppose to deliver yesterday put when tracking it said it was being held at the post office. It’s around 11am, I go up there to pick up my package right after 1pm. I speak to Kevin and he rudely ask for my zip code as if I don’t know THIS IS MY LOCAL OFFICE. I give him my id so he could see my address and etc, he walks to the back for literally 10 secs and say “we don’t have it it was sent back already” hooooow when your driver just brought it back up there! So I leave so I wouldn’t cause a scene but I’m overly frustrated with this dirt bag! If it’s not him it’s the Mexican guy not doing what’s needs to be done! Get better people in there!

Tony the cashier was sooo friendly and helpful even with a line of people waiting to mail their Christmas packages. He smiled, was patient, apologized for the wait and made it super easy for me! Good job Tony
