Really bad customer service from one of the girls, not really the type to write reviews but i had to for this. The girl was petite and dark complected, she was really rude to start off i asked her a couple of questions and would respond really rudely with an attitude. Asked her if she could check the back for a boot and came back in a minute saying they didn't have it and left me there unattended, ended up finding the boot on the shelve. She just continuously continued saying they did not have things and will keep responding with "mhm"Experienced in towneast mall

The customer service was great at this store! I was able to find the perfect wallet for my father-in-law and I got some awesome work boots for myself. They had a great selection of boots at reasonable prices. My wife even found herself some boots. The guy behind the counter was very knowledgeable on the products sold in this store. When it was all said and done, we ended up getting a discount on my wife's boots which was also pretty cool!
