Eric was super nice and helpful! I had a great experience, many tech retail stores are struggling due to being understaffed but you can tell they are doing the best they can! I had no issues whatsoever, got my phone traded in and upgraded and he was honest about the pricing and really answered any questions I had. Thank you!

Absolutely TRASH! Never in my life will I ever go back to this store. They’re completely incompetent, dismissive and condescending. The absolute worst customer service. I’ve never been so disappointed and angry with someone in customer service.

This was my 2nd visit at this location with an appointment and I had the same service person both times. I am almost positive he is the manager. He was very condescending and said he had been in the industry over 10 years. He was so rude to my husband and I that we just wanted to finish our transaction and didn't want to discuss any type of upgrade with him at all. He was the "know at all type", but would talk over you and had terrible customer service. I would avoid this location at all cost.

This location is incredibly understaffed. I waited 45 minutes before the one employee even acknowledged me and he was immediately incredibly rude and condescending. There was an alarming lack of any hospitality and I just left and decided to go back to the Verizon in Rowlett tomorrow instead of wasting my time with someone who clearly would rather run customers out of the store than his job.

What a disappointing experience. Not a single greeting or saying I’ll be with you in a minute it was equivalent walking into a metro pcs. The store was janky looking. It’s like Russell cellular said hey can we make this look worse. Zero pride in that store. Its also Verizon fault for not making sure that authorized retailers meet the standards.What poor response give us another chance really???? Thats shows Russell cellular has low standards.

Came in at 10a.m to return a iPhone 14 and my wife's lost all service in her phone and pick up my iPhone 14pro max and no one could activate it not even the people from the Verizon line. We been here for 4 hours 2:02 and still can't get my phone active and my wife's iPhone is still on SOS mode. The worst services ever

Somehow my phone went to no service and SOS. I walked in a guy named Eric helped me. Get my services back on my phone. It was quick and easy visit. I worked with him before and it’s a pleasure to be explained in detail how to resolve or what the issue is in the future. He said my esim was possibly removed. Not sure what happened. I only had possession of my phone and do not know how to do that. But my services are back and I’m happy. Thank you Eric. Very professional and knowledgeable about phones.

I worked with Eric. My service was down. He was able to get me back working. However he check my account and found a deal where I would save 5 dollars and I got a new phone and watch. There was a setup fee of $40 since he transfered everything and called someone to cancel my tablet. However he was very knowledge about the products that he sells so the experience was excellent and worth the $40. He also gave me his direct info if something goes wrong. Cheer to someone Bring back customer service.

I visited this location to get a quote on switching from AT&T. Store was not busy. I spoke with Eric. It was a great experience walking in I was greeted. I switched over and got Verizon's new Home Internet. I loved working with him he's relatable and seems honest. Loving our new phones and Internet. I got $1000 off my new phones too.
