“I just want to express how grateful I am that Karen and the other girl, I'm sorry I don't know her name at the teller have been extremely nice and friendly both when I am making a deposit and when I'm making withdrawals. Besides the line sometimes being a little long. No complaints here! Great service.”
“I despise bank of America as a company however I enjoy this branch because of the employees. The kiosk never seems to help me the way it should and when that happens the employees take care of the problem quickly. Jay is really cool and has good hair!”

“I’m so glad to see this bank now have Vietnamese employee. Diem, is an enthusiastic, highly motivated with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results, she’s acting in the best interest of the customers. She saved me money by explaining to me the price difference between cashier’s check, the money order and the personal check.”

“I had the best attention and care today getting my (multiple vials) of blood drawn. I love that I can just drop in and see if you have availability - most times you do or tell me when the best time to come back. My HMO requires me to use Quest. No Problem. Two thumbs up.”

“I went here after hours to use the ATM machine...the parking lot was clean and easy to access. The ATM machine was able to provide my banking needs and I was on my way. It was super convenient since it is so close to my job. For ATM needs I'll definitely be back!”
“Every time I come into this branch, im always greeted with kindness and great customer service from employees Gabby, Vi, and Joy. They make me feel welcome and drop anything they are doing to assist me with whatever banking needs I have at the time. Professionalism and great mannerisms from each of the women listed. Thank you, Gabby, Vi, and Joy for giving me an enjoyable experience each time.”
“Hmm, well I'm torn between the moderate unpleasantness of this establishment vs it's convenience due to its proximity to my home. For the locals, and a few homeless, this is the go to place to get any beverages or snacks you might need. Workers come around at lunch time during the week so it can be busy. There are two table tables with chairs out front. Lots of trash in the wooded area off to the side.”
