They closed 5 minutes early and wouldn’t let me get my medication.

I plan to transfer my prescription after they finally finish filling it. I normally get a 3 month supply every refill, but for my prescription the length of use varies based on specific need per my doctor's recommendations, so that prescription can run out faster or last much longer, so getting an automatic refill doesn't make sense. I was nearing the end and needed a refill, and I was told it would be ready in a couple of days. I waited until I was out and called and they said a partial was ready. I showed up and they gave me 5 days worth of my 3 month refill, and I was told the rest wouldn't be ready for another week. I said this was not acceptable and they basically said there is nothing they can do. I asked them to transfer it to a store that had the prescription and could better fill it and they said they can't do that with one that's already been partially refilled. It's ridiculous. I do not recommend this pharmacy. I've run into other issues at this pharmacy in the past, but nothing as bad as this. I've gotten partials before that ended up being a couple of weeks or a month out of the 3... also acceptable, but 5 days out of 90 is simply not acceptable especially when I'm being told it's not ready for 8 days after picking up the partial which was already not ready until 3 days after I ordered the refill to begin with. Their lack of being willing to help is what ends it for me and makes me decide I'm done with this location. Find another pharmacy because there are plenty to choose from!

Infant pain killer is very hard to find and out of stock everywhere. Even though it was also out of stock here, the woman we spoke to was super compassionate and helpful. 5 stars for costumer service in a stressful time.

This location has gone down hill and the pharmacy staff are rude and useless I will be switching to a different pharmacy.

Been getting my prescriptions here for over 20 years. The drive through is crazy from 4-7pm, so going inside is faster. The pharmacy is closed from 1:30-2pm for a lunch break. They should make it clearer on the hours listed both online and at the window. For many years I dealt with the same staff, and knew most by name. Walgreens has been rotating staff for about 5 years now, and the employees are unfamiliar and poorly trained (especially since Covid). Still, I love the convenience of the location and products available.

Pharmacy had no customers, yet refused to give a flu shot without an appt. Spoke with manager who explained to pharmacy that they can take walk-ins. But after manager walked off the pharmacist himself said it would be an hour before he would give the shot. I’ll happily find another pharmacy to do business with.

It's Walgreens! They are all great. But the one at Crist & 78 is my favorite, the staff are all great, from the cashier to the pharmacist, all great people.

This store clean and a convenient place to pick up the few things you might need right away, but with Walgreens that I have visited the pharmacy is very slow.

Well this pharmacy will not answer their phone. I called at 1045 this morning and still on hold and it 1249. This is unacceptable for people who have medicine they depend on especially post op meds. Someone answered it and hung up. So this let's me know that the manager accepts this kind of customer service to be allowed to happen. They have the same pharmacist and assistance for years now. And the service here has gone to s^^^^. Please look for another pharmacy to get your medications. This place is unorganized.

Pharmacy is awful. They don't notify when prescriptions are ready and do not check for lower price when you have savings card from Pharma company. Attitudes are very off putting. They act like they do not want to be there and never smile. Back to CVS even if it is not closer. At least the tech's at CVS always looked for a way to save me money.

The lady at the pharmacy is extremely rude. When I asked for her name to report her to manager she removed name tag and refused to give me her name. All I asked was a simple question and the way she responded was unacceptable.

This place is so ridiculous. Why aren’t companies training people right anymore? Today I had to take in a FedEX and was given this location to drop off. It said on my email I didn’t need to print anything, they would do it all at the Walgreens location, so kids in tow, I go. Off the bat, was told I needed to have the label on it, and given excuses. Below is the email I was sent regarding my package. Destiny the manager was called and she told me she couldn’t log on the site but was more than happy to send me to another location. Why do companies get on as a third party?Below is the email instructing me about the package, which employees should be trained or shown how to do this. But even before this, I ordered online, and everything I ordered was in stock. When it was close to pick up, the whole order was canceled. It’s so frustrating anymore dealing with these companies. I never order online from Walgreens anymore.

Poor employee attitude in the pharmacy. Rude. I had a flu vaccine appointment. I’m a disabled veteran and cannot stand for long periods. That’s why I made an appointment. I was told to get in line. What good was the appointment? I walked out. For good.

I have attempted to pick up a simple rx for 3 consecutive days at various times in this drive thru. I'm not sure if something changed, someone took vacation or has left their position without a replacement, but NONE of these attempts have ended in success. As a matter of fact, just now, I waited behind a car for 10 minutes only to finally reach "the golden window" to find the lights turned off inside and a sign stuck to the glass saying "no pharmacist on site and no prescriptions may be dropped off or picked up" . HA! What a perfect way to spend a lunch hour! Guess I'll be shopping for a new pharmacy later today!
