I had a critical prescription that needed to be filled same day. I was in agonizing pain due to an eye ulcer. They had the rx for 4 hours and 15 to 8pm (their closing time) they let me know it was ready. My husbad got to the drive-thru window by 7:55 and it was closed. He ran inside and the pharmacist literally shut the gate in his face, informing him the pharmacy was closed. It was 8:01pm. Not impressed.

This Walgreens location has the worst mailing service. They almost never accept packages and always come up with excuses, even for the exact same packages that every other Walgreens accepts without a problem. It’s frustrating and a complete waste of time for customers. If the staff here can’t handle the mailing service properly, Walgreens should shut it down at this location so people don’t keep wasting their time. Management really needs to question the employees here and fix this issue.

The manager here has a tattoo on his left arm and his service attitude is very disappointing. When asked how to use the app, his answer was that he didn't know it was not within his service scope.

They drive through pharmacy is ridiculous. They ignored me at the window after calling them for 15 minutes, as they continued to help people in line inside. If you don't have enough employees that you need to ignore the person at the window while keeping the inside line moving, close the drive through.

Dr. John’s Lizy was wonderful. She asks all the right questions and works with you. Refreshing to have a Dr. that works with your needs and listens.

I don’t know why the Walgreens management don’t take actions against these employees. There’s so many reviews regarding their behavior.. and I can attest that is still TRUE.

I adore Mr. Kevin who always asks if I need any help locating anything today. To which I always answer yes, just because he's such a pleasure to visit with.
Allergy medicine and batteries, both on sale.... thank you Walgreens. And thank you Kevin.

Kevin on the pharmacy is amazing!!!! I'm trying to help my mom with dementia and he was compassionate and so very helpful. You should be so proud to have him as part of your team!!!
