The Pharmacy techs were EXTREMELY rude and lazy!! They told me that my prescription would be done at a certain time and I get there and it’s still not ready. Don’t say something if you can’t fulfill. I also wanted to put my phone number in when my prescription was finally ready so I can receive my points with their reward program and the lady insist I Pay for the items first and then she can update my phone number. I looked at her crazy and said I do not need to update my phone number. I just need to input my phone number so I can accumulate my points with your reward system. I means that’s why y’all have this reward program for right?1? They just seem so incompetent at the pharmacy! They need better training all around and definitely in the Customer service area! Arguing back and forth with a customer if they do not want to do something is not ok and unacceptable. And the manager on duty was no help either she didn’t know nothing when asked from a distance. She didn’t even have time to come over to assist the pharmacy tech.I will not be back to this location due to the poor customer service I received but upper management will be notified about this.

This review is for Mai, the pharmacy tech. She is outstanding and goes beyond the call of duty to service the customers. She was so helpful and even though it was crowded she was able to hold that level of customer service for everyone there. You don't see that often since the pandemic.

The ID policy for buying Tobacco products needs to fall in line with the law. I'm 40, look 40, and should never be carded for smokes or beer at this point. Ridiculous that they are willing to lose long time customers over a bad company policy. If you don't want to condone smoking, do what cvs did and stop offering. Otherwise your policy makes zero sense. If you're afraid of getting in trouble, I understand, but would like to inform you that TABC isn't going to fine you or arrest you for not carding an old man. Dumb policy and I will spend my money elsewhere until you scrap it.

Literally the slowest pharmacy ever. They refuse to help more then 1 car at a time. Tell me my son's prescription's will be ready in 30 minutes. I wait 45 and then no it's not until tomorrow, then no it'll be 15 minutes and loop around but there's 7 cars behind me. No I refuse to loop back around when it should have been ready an hour ago!

I had my prescription that is vital to my living cancelled by pharmacy with my consent. Was not expired. They refused to rectify the situation. Sad I have enough to deal with. Not sure why ignorant people can make innocent and sick people suffer.

The service at this particular Walgreens pharmacy is absolutely ABYSMAL. That goes for phone calls as well as in person. The wait times are completely absurd. This is also one of those places where the workers are really terrible at acknowledging that they know you're there & waiting & assuring you they'll be with you as soon as they can. They just avoid eye contact completely until you're the next one at the window or register...and maybe not even then. Absolutely horrible customer service skills. The ONLY reason I go here is because they seem to be the only pharmacy around who can get the meds I need during a nationwide shortage. Come to think of it they probably always have some in stock because everyone else hates coming here. As soon as the shortage is over, I'm out!

There's one medication I have to get monthly, and they never ever have it in stock.I just got another medication, that I know is fairly common, and on my website. It said that it had been filled so I stopped to pick it up.They did not have it ready, and thought they had sent a text saying it was delayed, but I never received any such text. I guess I should have gone with mail order for this one like I do. With almost every other thing I need.
