The pharmacy is the worst in garland they are all mean and seem not to want to do there job to help people get the meds .. they hang up on you and put you on hold . I called them while I was in the store with nobody even in the pharmacy they still put me on hold while I was right in front of the desk with nobody else getting service … also the female that is in charge had a attitude and she is very mean even over the phone she has a attitude and told my 86 year old grandmother she needed to wait in the car then had her wait for two days before they told her what was the status of her meds I will not recommend this Walgreens to anyone because they need training in customer service and how not to bring there home issues to work with them

They refused to return damaged merchandise I had receipt, had my ID. They refused, said I HAD to go to the store where I purchased the item(where on the receipt does it say that?)- their excuse was they would be unable to sell the item I was returning I told them the item was defective they wouldn’t be able to sell it anyway but they still made me go to another store. It’s like they don’t want to work or do the least amount of work possible. I’ve been in there before and the manager (long dark hair light skin young woman- same one that refused the return) kept walking away from me while I was asking a question. She kept trying to wave me off, talked to me like I was dumb for not understanding her when SHE was the one that didn’t care to listen to my questions and give me an answer.

This medical office is unprofessional and not punctual even if you’re the very first patient. I was rushed due to an urgent personal circumstance and I mentioned this to the front desk. She proceeds to assisting a patient that came in after me and then confirms I can’t get a referral quickly. I came here before and while it wasn’t the best experience, it’s close by. However, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone since you’ll spend the same amount of time there if you drive out to a physician’s office.

I take several medications and transferred all my prescriptions here about a year ago. Walgreens sure isn't what it used to be. Since I started using this location I have not been able to pick up my medications one single time without a problem. I usually order in the app. I swear my account must be flagged with something that says "screw this one up". If it could go wrong, it did. Time to get out of the pharmacy business. Works great as a 7-11

Updating pharmacy hours is so simple but Walgreens can't manage that. Driving to get medicine after hospital visit should not be this difficult especially when you call the pharmacy and get the hours of operation. You look online and verify then you get there and it's closed. I'm just a walking Petri dish without antibiotics.

We arrived at our vaccination appointment on time but it took 30 mins because we had to wait on the pharmacist and it was not the first time this has occurred I understand that things are crazy because of the working economy but it the wait time for a Covid shot shouldn’t take so long and it was not at a busy time .

Not surprised by all the low reviews. If Walgreens is going to take on FedEx then you need to train your employees on how to use it, instead of them telling the customer they don't do that. There is a big sign on top of the photo area that says FedEx. Just d***

Not a coupon-friendly store. I always have issues here & the manager doesn’t even try to understand. The employees have little to no understanding in booster coupons, registered rewards, or digital coupons. The manager just says “you can’t use them” and doesn’t even try scanning them. Better off driving to another Walgreens and save your time & money.

Hispanic chick who was working 4/18 around the afternoon is out of pocket. Leave your compliments to yourself. You like men with freckles, WELL get your own. Your comments toward my husband were inappropriate. I work on the same street as you. Do not cross that line again.

Thank you George..at the Photo center.Very kind and helpful..my daughter wanted to print some pictures....Glad this place have..kind, polite,friendly associates.Also cashier..very helpful and patience withmy daughter. She try to talked to her..cause my daughter was upset..I did not buy her what she wanted...Thanks.Do not know her name..name not on receipt either..wearing clear glasses..Thanks
