Pretty rude to not answer a phone, and when finally does “answer”… they only do it to pick up the phone and hang it up immediately. This was done TWICE. Not an accident.

Security guard won't do anything about cars parking illegally even when they're preventing handicapped people from getting out of their cars by parking in the yellow lines right beside handicapped parking spots.

The customer service is distinctly horrible and beyond the need for improvement. I shop at a variety of Walmart stores never have I had to endure major inconveniences such as having to wait for help to get baby formula only to have the customer service representative grab the formula with an attitude storming off with the formula and yelling out to me that now I'd need to go to customer service to purchase the formula instead of allowing me to add it to my cart like most stores. I don't know if that woman was sick, washed her hands, or used sanitizer before handling the formula. It's safe to say I definitely won't be shopping there again.

Saw a product online I wanted that was available immediately at this location. Drove 30 mins last night (passed 2 other Walmart's to get here), found the item but was marked up for more than double in the store. Asked the manager if they could honor their online price, and was told no. So, silly as it sounds, I bought the product online for half price (while still holding it). Was told to return today. There were a few of these on the shelf last night when I ordered. Now there were none. And my notifications I kept receiving are saying my order is delayed. Called custom service, and after being on hold for 40 minutes, was told they don't have it in the store. Find it really hard to believe since it was an electronics adaptor for a gaming system from the 90's. Not exactly a hot seller. If it was a few $ more, I would've taken the bait. But I'm not paying $36 for an item that is $16 online. Their policy is ridiculous. Once customer service finally answered, I told them to just cancel it. They said I'd have to call another number to do that. So irritated with Walmart right now

First off. If you're 24 hours maybe actually be 24 hours and not be lazy and close down parts of your store then be completely RUDE when we ask why we can't purchase items. False advertisement.

I came in here for a grocery pickup, which I love that you all do. We're a busy family and it's a huge time saver. Monique came out with our groceries and was super cool to talk to. She's there for the customers and it shows! The one star review though, you all seriously need to look at adding some overhangs for grocery pickup. The months of July and August have been brutal for heat and sun, and its rough trying to load groceries. Fall and winter will be just as entertaining with rain all the other weather we get here in North Texas. If you get some overhangs in, I'd throw a 5 star rating at you all.

walked in and no buggies and I had a 1 year old. then went and looked at the short they was 7$ and there goes a roach crawling on them! omg disgusting! then I see a employee taking boxes out the buggy and i asked him if I could have the buggy please he just looked at me then handed me the buggy I told him thank you and he didnt say anything! then its 2am and there is only the self check out open and only 4 machines was working cause they was all broken the employee didnt know what she was doing . but I will never come here agian I'll stick to mesquite my favorite!

This Walmart looks good and clean. Very impressed with the setup and full stock of inventory. I do think the process for retrieving baby formula could use some more help. I had to wait 15 mins just to get some help with formula. I must have asked 7 different employees for help and it still took a long time. The lines to checkout however moved fast and the store had plenty of lanes open. The carts weren't overflowing outside and everyone seemed friendly. Hopefully they can get their baby formula key holder to stay in that area to better assist guest.

Unbelievably poor service. I just spent an extra hour and a half in an order that should have been ready between 6-7pm. Picked up at 8:45, with 7 items still missing. Don't do it!

I hate this walmart. Its crowded, the isles are put in the middle of the store and its just awful. The self checkout lines are ridiculous and no lanes are ever open. A lot of customers there a trashy, i just hate going here.

Is there an option for NO STAR! This Walmart is horrible. There are never any shopping carts available, you walk in and then have to walk back to the parking lot to find one. The store is ALWAYS a mess. I am NEVER able to get everything on my shopping list. And forget checking out quickly, there are NEVER enough lines open. I live 1.2 miles away but will never step foot in this location again. I have been shopping this location since it opened, and it gets worse every visit. Very poor management.
