Im writing again about Walmart. Yesterday I wrote about getting ripped off 2 flea collars. well, I took the empty can to walmart in Quinlan, TX 3 miles from my home. I shop there almost nightly, but that will change after last night. So I took the empty can the flea collars came in along with the plastic container the was sealed around it and had a electronic security device on it, which was cut in 2 place and the flea collars had been removed. Quinlan Walmart Customer Service refused to help and said go to Walmart in Garland. I thought it was the policy of Walmart to take exact exchanges at any Walmart, and have a solution even if it isnt your store. This has ruined my image of Walmart. I am an intelligent, still working, 72 y/o female. I shop in Quinlan Walmart everynight, but have no problem driving elsewhere. I am not trying to cheat someone. I brought new flea collars for my Yorkie last night. but the fact is, I checked that sealed container before I put it on the container belt and it was completly sealed with an electronic device on it, I do believe your checker is completely innocent of any wrong doing, but whoever to it to the service center and removed the electronic device also cut into the sealed plastic, opened the metal container and removed the plastic bag the held the flea collars. I hope you know the kind of people you have working for you. and the in the quinlan Stores, they dont abide by Walmart rules and code. But 'm not surprised, when you ask any of the csr's a question, they can't answer, they have to call someone or just leave. I dont think I will ever Walmart again.

WOW! I NEVER thought I would give 5 stars to a WalMart! I was at an appointment in the Firewheel vicinity and had a return to make, so I went to this WalMart location to make the return and pick up a few things. The customer service return was super friendly and fast, even with two people ahead of me. The shopping experience at this WalMart is not like any I've ever had before and that was unexpected and a great thing! Many times I've been shopping at Walmart and they have this obnoxious "Walmart radio" playing where workers from various stores call in to give high fives to co-workers. It's a great concept but in reality it's just torture to listen to and it's made me cut my shopping trip short just to leave so I wouldn't have to listen to it any longer. This store was extremely clean and spacious and a true pleasure to shop at. Wow!! The longer I was there, the more I put into my cart! There were several personal shoppers, and in other stores they are usually leaving their cart contraptions in the middle of the aisles. Today I only had to move one out of the way so I could get where I was going. The check out area had a place clearly marked to put the cart. The scanner at my station was very touchy and I ended up accidentally ringing up two different items twice. The first time a nice associate came over to remove the duplicate item. The second time it happened there was another team member nearby and I told her I rang something up twice and she said she had already removed the item (remotely with her handheld phone thingy)! Great service with a smile! I would definitely seek out this location again if I needed to go to Walmart, even though it's not really convenient to my home.

I finished my doctor visits, by the time I get to Walmart pharmacy store 1055 ,my Prescription was ready to pick up. This is autisdanding job by pharmacist Kalid. The same time ,he always explained well before I pick up the prescription.Outstanding job Kalid.Thank you again. ??

I only went in this Walmart because I needed to utilize the customer service. When I say this Super Center was very clean and well stocked. I was greeted by a very sweet woman at the customer service counter. I have nothing but nice things to say about my experience. The parking lot are is under construction. That was the worst part. Overall, if I'm ever in that part of Garland, TX. I'll definitely stop by this location.

I made an appointment to get a COVID-19 booster on a week day morning. Showed up a few minutes early and the pharmacist told me “Unfortunately this dose has expired and we have no more today. Please call us on Saturday to see if we have more.” The pharmacy was not prepared for the appointment and should have called me at the very least to save me going there! I had to complain to the pharmacist several times before he apologized. Wow. I would never try to use this pharmacy again!

THE WORST WALMART EVER!!!!! What ever you do DO NOT online order here this Walmart lied to me 2-3 times on the phone having me wait outside for hours saying they were coming with my order. I then was told to come into customer service to pick up my order, after waiting in line the clerk tells me I cannot pick my order up from in there. I called back the store and the man I talked to before that told me to go to customer service answers and immediately I asked for his name and he would not give it to me he just kept saying "what do u want what do u want". I just hung up in his face and requested my refund.

I have been to many many Walmarts all over the city of Dallas as well as other metropolitan areas and I definitely have to say that I am impressed by this location because of the fact that the checkout area has been completely revamped to make it more accountable to a greater number of people at the same time. There are a lot more self checkout Lanes then other stores that I've been to. I would say probably about 9:00 or 10:00 Lanes managed by Walmart employees so I think that's awesome. What I've been told is that this setup is new and Walmart is using this particular location as a test store. So I think that this type of setup is going to be much more accommodating and appeasing to a wide variety of people.

I wish there was no stars available, but yelp forces you to rate at least one star, I had a grocery delivery order for 3 pm today and it's now 7 pm and still no delivery. I've been calling the store for hours and no one has picked up. Shitty service especially considering I pay a monthly fee for the store to not deliver what they offer as part of the services for being a Walmart + member.

Everyone acts like robots since Covid-19 and pricing is not marked sometimes. Eggs are way too expensive and prices going up each time. Was herded through check out like cattle and not friendly or helpful. I'll go to Aldi.

I've been going here in Garland for years so I don't have anything to compare it to, because I've been happy with them since I move to the area in 2004. So as far as I'm concerned there the best.
