Night shift manager is pretty rude even to customers that have been shopping here for years. She judged my mom for not knowing how much money she currently had (during a pandemic by the way) and this sometimes has happened more than once. Not that this is any of her business, but my mother doesn't necessarily have access to the funds she's given as she is my grandmother's caretaker and has to communicate with the primary who is control of the funds and sometimes miscommunication happens. I tried to call and speak with someone about this (of course no answer) because she shouldn't be judging others about their financial situation especially in a Pandemic right now.

I've been taking a specific medication for months and I'm the only one in this pharmacy and surrounding ones that does. It's new and I have to repeatedly tell them to make sure it's stocked, it's a life & death med for me. And more times than not it's not available & they don't order it. It's getting real old! I've actually had seizures because of this pharmacies ignorance.

I ordered grocery delivery. My delivery window was 5:13pm-5:48pm. It arrived at 7:00pm. I received a call at 5:35pm telling me where to pull up to pick it up, I corrected the guy and told him it was a delivery and not a pick up. I called back at 5:44pm to follow up as I would rather go pick up my groceries then let them spoil, he said give me 10 minutes and I'll call you back. At 5:52pm I received an incoming call stating they had a driver lined up. I received a text stating my groceries would arrive at 6:05pm, they didn't. I called back at 6:14pm because I received an email stating the order was canceled. My reason for calling back was to confirm if it was canceled or on the way, I was told it was on the way. I called back at 6:41pm since I still did not have my order. I live 5 minutes away. No one there knew what was going on and the manager ended up hanging up on me after I tried to cancel the order. I clearly didn't want spoiled food and the food I received was room temperature. This is obviously Walmart market based on the lack of structure and poor customer service. Also I must add... I didn't go to the store to begin with because I'm sick.... Instead I opted to spend $17.90 on delivery to prevent the spread of germs and we wonder how the virus spreads.... because people just don't give a s**** I guess I will go in next time and risk the lives of everyone in the store at least my food won't be 60 degree upon arrival. But then I will probably get arrested. So lose lose all the way around for me.

I use the drive trough line to get my prescriptions refilled and most of the time I have been helped by this young Asian gentleman ( I'm sorry I can remember his name) he is by far the most polite knowledgeable pharmacist. He is always smiling even when he is super busy attending the window inside of the store and the DT window.

Come here at least once a week to shop. Employees are always nice and helpful. Haven't had a bad experience.

This pharmacy seems understaffed for the amount of work/customers they serve. When you call there will usually be a 10-20 minute wait which is extremely frustrating. It takes an unusually long time for them to fill a Rx. I usually have to wait past the promised time. There are also times when the medication is not even in stock and that causes additional delays. For the most part the pharmacist and technicians are very helpful and friendly, but there are several big exceptions with 1 pharmacist and the younger newer techs. When you are a sick customer and couple the above mentioned negatives along with bad attitude employees, it makes for an overall very unpleasant experience. I really appreciate the positives but the negatives are difficult to deal with when they occur.
