I was in your Walmart yesterday and bought a Adam Flea Tick Collar Plus which supposedly had 2 collars included. This had a plastic sealed package, with and electronic security device. When checking out, the cashier couldn't remove and asked a Manager to remove it. She took it to the Customer Service Department, when she brought it back the Cashier put it in the bad. I didn't even look at it last night. My brother lives with me. When I got up this morning to go to work. I was going to put one of the collars on my Yorkie, when I looked at the item, I noticed the the plastic has been cut on both sides. My brother has the mentality of a 10 year old, but I still asked him and he said he didn't touch it. He doesn't know how to use scissors or a sharp knife. when I opened the container it was empty, there should have been 2 collars. I'm 72 years old and I can't believe someone took these out, I checked the packaging before I took it to the cashier. I'm very disappointed in Walmart and their employee. Now I have to buy another one. But I can assure you it wont be from Walmart. I will give you a 1 star because I cant give a 0.

Besides checking yourself out, now you have to deal with employees pulling orders. They keep their shopping carts in the middle of the isle. So frustrating and disrespectful.

TERRIBLE customer and time management, I was waiting in my car for over an hour before anyone checked me in. The only reason I got checked in was because I got out and checked myself in, still waiting for them to finish changing my oil. It’s been about 30 years….

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Don't shop at this store unless you want to be ripped off and lied to these people are only in it for the money.

The bakery staff can’t be found and when they are they can’t do anything, or shall I say refuse . the manager I spoke to didn’t know anything either. The whole store should be self service if any and every time you ask someone something they don’t know A THING and are very nonchalant about it . I will be going to other locations this one needs a course refresher on customer service

I'm sure this isn't the worst walmart out there but it is one for the lost .if it's not the lack of employees efforts . Its all the shoplifting, drug addiction gainesvillians.blah tom thumb is your only hope .
