THE ATM CHARGED ME OVER $300+ DOLLARS FOR MONEY I NEVER RECEIVED!!!! When I called to dispute it ,I was emailed “it didn’t happen”!!!!! EVEN THOUGH I HAVE AN EMAIL SAYING OTHERWISE THAT HAPPENED THE DAY OF AND THEY HAVE MULTIPLE CAMERAS OF THE INCIDENT !!! Then when I asked to speak to another person they hung up ???? long story short if you want to get scammed out your hard earned money, THIS IS THE PLACE
-UPDATE. IT IS ALMOST JUNE AND THEY ARE STILL UNABLE TO LOOK AT THE CAMERA FOOTAGE FROM THE TIME AND DATE I PROVIDED TO THEM MULTIPLE TIMES. They can however send bill reminders at all times of day. But not check camera footage after STEALING MY MONEY.

If by pure chance you go to this bank it takes time, because it takes 20 to 45 minutes for each client, it is stressful and the ATM is useless,

Your service is very bad. Y’all open at 9am. I got there at 9am on the dot. There were already a group of people needing to be let in. And the doors were still locked. These people have been waiting outside for a while and y’all can’t open on time. People have things to do and places to be. It’s just all about y’all. And every time I come here, there are only 1 to 2 tellers and a huge line. It takes forever to get things done here. I started going to another location. Further away but better service. This location is a waste of my time. Horrible service and no improvement.

Terrible customer service they close at 5 but wont let you do anything after 4pm it says this nowhere and the only way to figure out this info is waste 45 monutes waiting just to be told its "not possible" during any reasonable hour

Poor staffing. Came to the bank to find out that there is no banker today and I have to go to a different location. It seems they have only one banker who does no have an appointment for next 10 days.

Horrible service. I walk in and no one bothers to ask if I need help. I had to ask if I needed an appointment to speak with a banker. Not to mention drive-through takes forever. Ridiculous!! Save time and go to a different location.

Poor staffing, 10-11 people standing in line, the line going into the waiting room. I spoke with the manager and this is a cost saving policy on their side.

The banker told me to wait because she she has an appointment, but she grabbed a lady who was standing in the line and helped her, they are very tough

I wanted to take some time and let everyone know that this is the best bank ever. No matter how busy the tellers are they always greet you with a smile and professionalism. I've read some of the reviews and from my personal experince today I can say that unfortunately the clientele of this location are arrogant and entitled. The amount of criticism these tellers are receiving is disgusting. The tellers here are hardworking and should be receiving praise. If you dont like the pace of their work then go to a different location. I will gladly keep using this location in the future.
