Is 11:40 am and the branch is close already.
If you close fix the time. ? this branch was one of my good ones.

The Vietnamese lady named Vu here stole my money. I deposited 5000 cash, counted it correctly, and she told me im short $200. Do not ever come here.

Every time I come into this branch, im always greeted with kindness and great customer service from employees Gabby, Vi, and Joy. They make me feel welcome and drop anything they are doing to assist me with whatever banking needs I have at the time. Professionalism and great mannerisms from each of the women listed. Thank you, Gabby, Vi, and Joy for giving me an enjoyable experience each time.

The whole brand only has 1 banker so prepare an hour or so to be seen!! Were told to wait ~10 minutes but were just informed yo wait another hour or so!! Very disappointing and may have to bring my business somewhere else.

My grandmother & I have been up here at the branch for 2 days in a row now for assistance and the manager Joy helped us out. She is so friendly, attentive and informative. She has made our experience a breeze. Thank you Joy, for being so patient & helpful!!

Came into branch needed assistance with converting picture to pdf ro send to claims dep Mrs Joyce called V over to help me came with no problem and made those pictures in PDF Format she was willing to with no hestetation great to go to person she deserves a 5 startet for her assistance thanks V again you are a jewel

My mom came to pay her last car note and within 2 seconds the excitement was gone. They kept saying we owed me more even tho we had even called ahead of time she asked to speak to the lady that speaks Spanish. We were given a dirty look and she said she didn't speak Spanish, that was till a manager saw everything happening and came over when the worker said "let me check the computer" she hadn't even looked on her system. Terrible location where they belittle you and just try to get back on their phone as soon as possible.
