Every time I come into this branch, im always greeted with kindness and great customer service from employees Gabby, Vi, and Joy. They make me feel welcome and drop anything they are doing to assist me with whatever banking needs I have at the time. Professionalism and great mannerisms from each of the women listed. Thank you, Gabby, Vi, and Joy for giving me an enjoyable experience each time.

My mom came to pay her last car note and within 2 seconds the excitement was gone. They kept saying we owed me more even tho we had even called ahead of time she asked to speak to the lady that speaks Spanish. We were given a dirty look and she said she didn't speak Spanish, that was till a manager saw everything happening and came over when the worker said "let me check the computer" she hadn't even looked on her system. Terrible location where they belittle you and just try to get back on their phone as soon as possible.

I came to this location with issues i had about trying to make a account ended up having to reschedule when i rescheduled the guy that was suppose to help me disappeared and the lady that helped me got everyone else then me and at my rescheduled appointment I told her I had to get that done that day and she found a way to make sure I did not I explained that i had to reschedule 3 times already because I misplaced my documents But I know I had all the documents I needed to create a account will not open this one at wells fargo sad part i been with this company for about 4 years now im about to change this out of the racist representatives

Horrible custom service. Incompetence. Drive through window permanently closed. High attrition rate of employees. District Manger needs to pay this branch a visit. I'd be embarrassed if this branch were in my territory.

Was there at 3:45 with other people and doors are locked!!! No sign of closing early, no signs of staff! I am again disappointed with this branch. Luckily I have an account at Navy Federal so I went there instead! If you are not going to be open until 5pm then change your signs!!! Really inconvenient and unprofessional! How are we to run our business without your bank being open the hours you're posted as open!!! Update I called customer service and found out this branch is now CLOSED!!!

Well last Thursday, my parents came in to have my little brother's annual report notorized, but the woman told her that they only do it on Mondays. They came back today, and she told her to come back tomorrow b/c they don't do notories on Mondays. Lame.... What do they do in there all day? talk, play, have a good time and enjoy their lunch breaks? seriously....

Terrible experience every time I go to this location and I've never had issues with any other branches. After multiple visits manager was not helpful with any of my issues rushing me out the door while she drags her feet. She actually seemed excited about me wanting to canceling my account after this terrible experience. Their reviews obviously reflect their customer service at this location. Recommend avoiding if possible!

Tellers on the weekend are very friendly and fast! There is hardly ever a line inside and the drive thru goes along fairly quick. This has been my bank for years and it is a pleasure doing business with them.

I opened an account with Wells Fargo on 7/24/18. I had no issues with them until the month of October. I had purchases of gasoline at 3 different gas stations and knew they were'nt mine. I called the bank and told them someone was using my account without my knowledge. They issued me a temporary credit and said they would have their fraud investigators look into it. While this was going on I had another issue going on with Spectrum cable and stopped payment on a check. This bank charged me 31.00 for a stop payment. I have never heard of such a high fee for a stop payment. All the banks I have done business with in the past usually the charge was $10.00 to $15.00 dollars. Then it turns out the check already cleared and they debited my account for the check and the stop fee. I called back a customer service rep said the would find out what happened. I never got a call back. I called back and was told they sent the check back. I some how got a $7.75 credit for the stop payment which I should have been refunded the $31.00. Meanwhile they debit, then they credit, then debit again on the fraud investigation. I went to the branch to get help. The assistant bank manager tells me she does'nt have the authority to credit it she had to call the main office to get it corrected. I was there 45 minutes it still was'nt credited like she said. I went back 2 days later then she tells me their system and computers are down. By the way this happens about every other time I'm in there. I know now why the government is always investigating Wells Fargo. They charge ridiculous fees and nickel and dime you to death. I hope the federal government eventually shuts these crooks down they are pathetic and total thieves. Run don't walk and get all of your money out of there.

This was the worst banking experience I ever had. I went to this location to open a business Acct and waited over 30min with no interactions with anyone within the bank. I walked in and no one acknowledge me..I signed in by myself and literally sat around for 30min before I got fed up and left. During my entire time there waiting, no one at the bank acknowledge my existence. Now I understand why I don't have a Well Fargo acct.

I had a very bad experience here that made me pull all of my accounts. To make a long story short I had a service charge on my account and I called the 24 hour banking hotline. They fixed it for me and told me to go see my branch since they were discontinuing my premium account packages. So I did and I was met with bankers who did not care and made me feel worthless. They told me that I needed to make more money in life or use my debt card 10 or more times if I did not want to be charged. They said they could not help me unless I made more money or used by debt card 10 times or more a month. I told them I would find another bank that cared about me and my banking business and one of the bankers told me no one would take me and I would be back. That afternoon I found a bank (military bank) that fit my needs and the next day I went in to pull my accounts. The banker I dealt with was nice but looked emotionally beat down. She was off the previous day and did not know the situation. She asked why I was pulling my accounts and I told her. She told me that they were losing accounts right and left and the only thing they can do in branch now is cash checks and deposit money. She told me that everything else had to be handled at a main location. She did not even ask me if she could salvage the relationship. This review is for this branch only and does not reflect the company as a whole.

The tellers were incapable [incompetent] in assisting me in getting an insurance check deposited into my WF account. They demanded that my wife be present and that she put her fingerprint on the check. I went to another location which quickly deposited my check without any questions or additional requirements or demands. I talked to the manager at the second location who stated that the demands from this branch were not necessary since we have accounts with WF.

Had a problem with my debit card that this branch had nothing to do with it was a mistake the call center made. I went to this branch to get it fixed and Wendy helped me out with everything and everyone was very professional if I didn't live so far away I would go to this branch every time... I still might actually. 1 thing I could recommend that wasn't a real big issue because they seemed to stay on top of it but they could use some kind of sign in sheet for people needing to see a banker.
