I placed an order with this tom thumb, which I've done several times, but this will be the last time I do so. I don't know about the past, cuz I've had great service from them up til today, but today they used DOORDASH for their delivery driver. I had many frozen items, and even though I live right across the street from the store, literally 0.25 miles door-to-door, the driver went all around town, I assume handling other deliveries further from the store (clearly a sign of insanity, or at least stupidity), then he came to do my delivery last. And those frozen items, yeah you guessed it, they're trash now. So the main point of my review is: never have this store deliver you groceries, unless you like melted frozen items, and bad milk. Safe to say I'll not use this joke of a store and delivery service again. I'll starve first.

Very rude customer service. Juan. I couldn’t figure out the app to get the advertised diet cokes on sale. It’s too complicated and he was very rude!!!!! Don’t advertise a sale price and make me use a stupid app. I’m old. I’m cranky and when they won’t help you it’s just not right!!!! No more!

I've been here several times and have the delicious desserts from the bakery. My favorite part is the fact they have Cheesecake Factory deserts here. They also have an app you can utilize to save on gas and clip coupons. I love it and the atmosphere is always welcoming fresh flowers and balloons for any occasion. I only left 3 stars because the lines are always so long and not enough workers but that's ok because I'm sure everyone else agrees this is a good grocery store!

Your store per me $3.89 for a prescription. I was trying to use the GoodRx website and more then once in your store. The manager or store owner have a jamming system that won't allow internet in the store. A way to stop their employees to not surf the internet. Yet it effects everyone else phone. Yes you owe me 3.89 plus any phone fees that you effected my cellular data.

The store in my experience has been very clean, plus the lovely flower section the moment you enter the store is quite nice!! Plus the lady behind the flower counter even offered to wrap the bouquet I bought and she did a great job at it. Its nicely organized too!

Dropped in to this store this morning and was shocked. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke wafting in from the area behind the produce section, which was enough to make me second-guess my attempt to shop here. But what really upset me was that three stockers were huddled together in Aisle 3, putting food on the shelves with their masks under their chins. Realizing that I was possibly holding a cart with contaminated food, I left it. I informed a CS person what I'd seen and that I was leaving my cart. (She didn't seem surprised and didn't reply.) Then on the way out I saw the man whose job it was to sanitize carts - with his mask down under his nose while he worked. I got out of there as fast as I could!

This would be my first review by far. My experience with online ordering was excellent. It was very convenient. The first time I ordered, I didn't know that they're substitution from the current order when supplies are out of stock. But when I ordered the second time, I found out that there's a button for it for "no substitution for all orders which I did, and am very pleased with it. Once I got there at the parking lot, call the number, gave then the spot number, then they came out with my groceries then loading it in my car. What a breezeKudos to all the employees who had help.

It may not be fair to judge a grocery store in the middle of covid-19, but it was my first visit to this location and so here goes! The store was exceptionally clean but the atmosphere was a bit somber. Many of the shelves had been pillaged by the customers. Nonetheless the employees were holding together pretty well and were friendly and helpful. Overall a very good experience.
