Im not satisfied with any wingstops on buckingham or Jupiter!! They do not listen to their customers who always odering twice a week!! IM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! I always ask for well done and get all the way home to find my order incorrect!!!!

I placed a to go order , and I was disappointed they missed my 10 wings plus the sauces was not the ones I wanted !! The fries were uncooked , I don’t understand 5 years ago it was good I don’t know what happened now .

Louisiana Rub barely has the seasoning on the wings. I asked the cashier to see if he can give me a side of the seasoning so I can put it on the wings. Told that there will be a charge for that. I don't mind paying extra if the wings were seasoned properly, but they were not, so I don't think j should pay extra. Picture attached.

I call them and they say can u please hold for a second..second turns out it means 5 plus minutes ...one time I started ordering while I left my house got there before they even took my order....this location sucks I'm not coming back to this one

I truly don’t recommend this Wing Stop! Run to the one on Jupiter or 1st street but this location…. A big NO NO! Every-time I go the service is terrible and all the workers appear to have an attitude. Not to mention it seems every-time I eat at this particular location I feel sick afterwards. This location is constantly changing management which I find very telling and possibly a contributing factor as to why this location is ran terribly. I usually don’t take out time to write reviews but WingStop needs to seriously do something about this location because it is giving their company a bad reputation. If I haven’t already convinced you enough to avoid this location take out the time to read the reviews over the last 2 years… everyone has the same complaints but nothing has been done so just save yourself the time, money, and frustration by avoiding this location at ALL cost.
