This place is extremely slow not only that they messed my order up. When trying to call and get my money back she took my name and left me on hold for a long time. I hung up and called back and got left on hold once again. This establishment is not good if u want fresh and correct food.

Why is the food ALWAYS messed up AND Y’all deadass take 2-3 HOURS to make 6, SIX, WINGS ?. All the cooks and cashiers are max 16 years old and are LAZY. The food takes so long for like only 3 customers inside and SOMEHOW it’s always COLD and DRY, stop being stingy with the sauce… You guys make ME and the UBER DRIVER wait 3 hours?! How???? Not even on sundays or weekends and you guys act busy.. But most of all the people who work there always bargain customers and say wait another 10 minutes, 50 MINUTES AGO, HUH? Y’all don’t even try. At this point close this ragidy shop. Oh And It’s also ALWAYS DIRTY, where is the staff?WHY IS THIS PLACE STILL OPEN

0 stars if i could. Where is management? Needs better staff & management, they seem to not care. Went with my bf for dinner & waited a hr for our food. Worker was on phone all. The time , place was filthy and found mold where they cook at. They never cleaned the place. Yes we should have walked out but didnt notice until after we paid.

Terrible customer service. I had to call four times just to place my order. Then when I arrived they tell me my order was never placed. Then they lie to me and say it’ll take 10 minutes to make the food and it took them 30 minutes. I would give them less than 1 star if possible

they forgot my ranch. who the fuck forgets ranch at a wing place????? this is not the first time they've forgotten to give me the ranch either. i'm livid. none of the employees can hesh.

I called the girl working at the register to make sure my order was correct and they got my order completely wrong - even calling to confirm after ordering on Uber Eats isn’t enough for this store to get it together. Worst experience at a Wingstop. The reviews here make sense. I will be complaining to wingstop corporate directly as well. The service is inexcusable

Place an order at 4:11 on Sunday afternoon and it is 5:33 by and I’m still waiting on my order. I’ve asked four times how much longer my order is going to be then finally lose my mind and all the sudden they say they can’t find my order. I told “manager” I wanted to be compensated but she just walks away. They don’t even deserve 1 star. I respect they’re busy but it’s plum stupid to take over an hour!!

An employee came from outside straight to work, not wash his hands. I don’t understand but I feel like there’s side business here. Like selling drugs. employee have me a second side of the restaurant with no proper vocabulary for business. The family goes and there is. I believe he’s a manager in the line.

The employees are very dirty. I look at him scratching parts of his body and not cleaning his hands. The manager scratches his beard, which is disgusting. They speak with bad words.

This location completely forgot to include an entire combo. My first Uber waited for about 5 minutes and canceled. My second Uber driver waited at this location for over 20 minutes, although the restaurant was “done” 10 minutes before that. Bad bad bad.

If I could give this zero stars I would. My mom came in September she waited 30 minutes for a phone order. The employees didn't care and were rude so my mom walked out . I gave it a second chance on October 21 and when I went to pickup my order mind you I live 3 minutes driving from here it was cold. Then again on 12/23 I had terrible service and my food was cold as well. This is ridiculous. I left my house when I had 10 minutes on my order left. When I walked in there was a young lady asking how much longer for her food 1/2 cashiers asked her for her name and checked the bags and couldn't find her order. While the cashier was there I politely told her I had an order and she ignored me. The young lady then walked out because she was so frustrated I don't blame her. The other cashier was a little nicer but was still talking to one of the cooks when I was waiting there. I checked my phone and it said my order had 0-5 minutes left l. Tell me why my food was cold ? Not warm but cold. Like I said I live three minutes from Wingstop. My food would not be cold from me driving home.

I tried to call in an order with the store and the manager on duty refused to give me the store locations deal. He said it didn't exist as I looked at the menu on the app. If management doesn't know anything I doubt the other staff do.
