Undoubtedly the friendliestmost helpful bank employees with whom I have ever dealt.I recently opened my account. During the process, I was accepted as if I was a member of the family. The entire process of getting my direct deposits and other services reestablished were accomplished flawlessly.It is a pleasure to be greeted by name and not a number each time I enter the bank or use the drive through facility.Rating this bank with anything other than five stars is truly an injustice.

I want to start off saying I was with the bank for almost 11 years. When I first opened the account the members were so nice and made sure to take care of their customers. The last two years I have been with this bank it has been nothing but drama and issues. Why should I have anxiety about calling my bank with an issue or even coming in person?! I rudely was interrupted by Neeley the very last time I came in. It embarrassed me and I actually got in my car and had a mild anxiety attack on the way home to Fort Hood. Any time I would call she would give me an attitude as would one other girl. This is my money and I chose to bank with you… I was being charged $5 anytime I used my savings account over a certain amount. That’s fine. But that was never discussed with me when I opened my account long ago. I had only asked to be reimbursed for some of the money taken from me. I was told I could “probably” get some of the money back by one of the female managers. Now that I’ve taken my business elsewhere I realized what I was missing out on. I do hope you all don’t treat every customer that way. It’s honestly a shame.

I love this Bank. Its just an all round good bank. They treat you like family (in a good way) They do charge for your typical checking acct as written in the paperwork you sign when you open the acct. But no big deal. My fav part is that there is no overdraft! I never have to worry. And the online banking is super easy.

I would not suggest banking here. I had a savings account along with a safe deposit box there for about 8 years. I was told yesterday that my account was closed due to inactivity and being a low balance. I never received a letter from them that they were closing this account. This is very poor customer service along with the fact that they did not seem interested in having me open another account with them. I will stay at my "Hometown" bank in Valley Mills.

I was never told I need to keep my accounts actively active! Each month I was out of state left $1 in both my accounts I was charged a account fee then putting both of my accounts negative then got charged a negative fee making both of my accounts negative over $50! Aka I was negative over $100 when I called about it I was told to make a deposit to bring the accounts to good standings and then I would be refunded all the money! So I did that but here we are now a week later and they refuse to refund me my money so I'm now out over $100 I did not have extra! I wouldn't have done this if it wasnt for the promised it would be refunded! They dont seem to understand not everyone has over $100 just sitting around to pay their fees and just brush off when they dont follow their promises! That was part of my families food money for month!! If I hadn't had been promised it would be refunded I wouldnt have made the gamble of an approve or denied refund....
