“It’s my first time using a laundromat, so I don’t have anything to compare it to. My washer went down unexpectedly so I came here. It seems clean and safe, the staff seems friendly enough. I’m surprised at the cost to wash, but again, I don’t have a point comparison. $3.00 per load for the smallest washing machine, and up to $10.00 for the largest—and several sizes in between. Looks like the dryers are only $1.00 per load. They do sell detergent and dryer sheets in case you need it. There are a couple of vending machines. Limited seating, though I doubt the owners want people getting comfortable and loitering lol

“This place has become one of the worst cleaners I have seen over the last couple months. On June 27, 2022, I dropped off 6 items to be starched. I told them multiple times that I wanted welders starch. The lady said they will be ready later that day and reassured that I said welders starch. Yes ma'am, I replied. That afternoon I went to pick my clothing up. The lady brought my clothes to the counter. As she was totaling my ticket, I inspected the clothing and realized I could have done a better job ironing them myself. Hardly any starch in them whatsoever. When asked about the quality of the job I received, her answer was, I just started working here. Obviously you need them now or you wouldn't be picking them up. I don't know what to do because our machine is broken that does the heavy starch. Well if your machine is broken, why did I pay 30 dollars for a service your company can not provide then. They did the same thing to me last time I was in Gatesville. They tried to make it right, although they still didn't. I respected the fact that they tried tho and thought I'd give them another shot. Nope, still the same trashy product. It was so bad that my co-workers asked where I got my clothes pressed because they have never seen my clothes look that bad. If you couldn't provide the services I requested, why did your employees agree to it when I dropped my clothing off, knowing your machine was broken. I will never recommend this cleaners for use to anyone. You can basically say they're thieves since they knew they couldn't provide a service but never informed me and still charged me full price”
