This hotel needs some serious updates/upgrades on their rooms. The doors are damaged and the latches inside are broken and bent and not properly secured. Some of the door handles were loose and coming off. The cleanliness was a hit or miss depending on the room. Everything else was ok. Tina was amazing during my stay, she assisted me with putting me in a room where I felt safe and the door wasn’t damaged and I was able to properly secure the room. She was great, her customer skills were amazing and made me feel taken care of. If it wasn’t for Tina I would have checked in to another hotel. Thank you so much Tina for making my stay wonderful.

If I could give zero stars it would be. The room we stayed in had roaches infested. Crawling onto of personal belongings and bathroom. "Maintenance " came to spray once and said he would be back tomorrow and never came back. We have complained twice about it to the front desk and nothing was done, did not offer to move the rooms did not offer a refund and not offer anything to compensate the roaches. As well as our room door lock is broken barely holds together with the door shut. This place is very ran down and very overpriced for what you are getting for the hotel. It needs some major Renovations and major Pest Control for me to ever want to stay here again.

The stay was ok. Hotel has gotten run down since last time we stayed, maybe 5 years ago. My child got stung by a bee while waiting for unloading luggage. But how a bee got in our 2nd floor room I don't know. We swatted it. The bed was comfortable. Standard breakfast.
Walkability: There is a restaurant, good food. Right next to hotel. You can walk there in few minutes. And there's a gas/convenient store next to restaurant.

Very disappointed in this hotel. My girlfriend and I stayed there September 6th and 7th and our experience was very poor.
First off I walk in the room and there is no air flow what so ever. There is an actual humidifier in the room. And it’s BEEPING BECAUSE IT IS COMPLETELY FULL OF WATER. I go turn the ac on and dump the humidifier. It takes over an hour to cool the room off. I dump the humidifier 5 times in 2 days. Then we are looking forward to swimming in the pool and being able to lounge there. The water is green and looks like a swamp. Disgusting. They didn’t inform me of this upon making reservations or we never would have stayed. See picture for the disgusting pool.
Then there is an old ratty travel trailer next to the parking lot with someone living in it hitting golf balls in the pasture.
I paid over $300 dollars for two nights for a hotel that was maybe worth half that. Pathetic. Do not stay here. Ever.

Close to North Fort. Rooms seemed like they needed updating. The main door had to be pulled close because it hit the door jam. Also, all the space around the door let light in and plenty of noise. You could hear a convo from the other side of the hall.

Three of us riding motorcycles needed two rooms. The young lady at the front desk was very nice. She wasn’t sure if the first room was clean, so she ran upstairs to see. Coming back she said, “no, it’s not” and gave another room, once again running up stairs to see if it was clean, which it was. First room taken care of for two guests. Now my turn…
She checked me in and off I went. Easy process… until I lugged all my luggage up to find a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. I knocked and no one answered, so I opened the door, only to find towels on the floor and an unmade bed. I lugged my luggage back down to the front desk. The young lady found another room, and ran upstairs to see if it was clean. She returned with a smile on her face and said it was clean. She gave me my key and off I went again upstairs, only to find my key didn’t work. So, back down I went to see her… with my luggage in tow. She apologized and gave me another key, which worked… FINALLY!
After riding 470 miles from Roswell, NM to Gatesville, Texas, it was a challenge to not get mad. But, it wasn’t the young lady’s fault. It seems they only have one housekeeper for a three story hotel, and the young lady being the only front desk person.
Management should be ashamed about this. There is zero reason for running a hotel like this. If you can’t find anyone to work, then your butt should be here helping out. Even if you need to sleep here and take naps throughout. There’s a BIG difference between being a manager and a leader. Learn that fact and start acting like a leader.
Rooms: Very clean room. A/C was going, which is aways a welcome.
Walkability: A nice steakhouse across the parking lot with a good salad bar.

I enjoyed myself. Hotel was pretty clean, rooms were clean. very nice staff. Nice pool area outside. Didn't have any type of oder to it.
Breakfast was good, just was the same stuff the past few days we were there.

This is probably the worst comfort inn I have ever stayed at. My stay, lasting only 2 nights, was unpleasant due to frequent noise in the evenings, disturbance at 5am by someone running in the hallway, unsatisfactory breakfast, and to top it off, the refusal to provide a receipt upon check-out. During check-out, Jessica (if that’s even her name, there was no badge) was extremely rude, aggressive in her mannerisms, and generally unnecessarily hostile. Despite my request to speak to a manager about the issue, it was denied. I've never encountered such behavior from front desk staff, had a request to speak to management denied, or had issues obtaining a receipt. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I won't return.

This hotel is great! The staff is super friendly, free breakfast is always a plus, and the HOT SHOWERS ARE AMAZING!!!! Shower feels like a massage after a long hot day walking/hiking/running/bicycling. We really enjoyed our stay here!!
