Went for just an all American hotdog and it was terrible! The first one looked days old and cold with nothing on it. Asked to remake and the second one did have better color but was cold!

Chance after chance after chance they continue to mess things up. I used to work here so I have high hopes every time I come back. Maybe different people will be working, maybe it was just that time, blah blah blah. It always takes 20+ minutes even when you order ahead. Nothing ever comes out correct and has to be sent back or trashed. This place has gone downhill bad. Just tonight I ordered two blasts and there was nearly an inch and half of space left in the top!! Feel like I should be refunded and only pay for smalls since that’s what I received in a medium cup. Do better guys, it is SERIOUSLY not that hard. I speak from experience.

Slow service, most of the ordering terminals are out of order, staff is generally rude, and food quality is absolutely terrible. Can’t say I’ll be back.

I ordered to go & I ordered the double meat super sonic cheeseburger..I got ALL the way home & the burger had NO meat..I called & went ALL the way back up there. I politely asked them if I could get a tater tote for the inconvenience of having to come all the back..I was told no by the manager.. I think I may have to go other places then here..they don't even care or take care of their customers... soo disappointed....

Hit or miss location. Sometimes it's good & sometimes you find that there are things in your food that aren't supposed to be there. Like dimes in my French toast sticks.

Recently relocated here (Gatesville) I have given this location chance after chance. Now I'll just say this. Do not eat here. The customer service is sub par. Every employee I've placed my order to has not been polite or helpful.The "LARGE" chili cheese tot I ordered today was more along "SMAll" proportions. But I paid for a large.The ultimate meet and cheesy burrito I received was half the size of one you'd get at any other sonic location. The tortilla is usually stale. (Like I said, I've given this location multiple opportunities to be a good place to eat)Avoid this location. If they cared to make changes, why is every complaint about this location greeted by an obviously generic "from owner" response?Makes you wonder what else they don't care about since they don't care about food quality, customer service, or addressing customer complaintsEdit: in regards to the clearly automated response "from owner".Why is it a customer has to provide first and last name, email address and phone number to bring lazy employees to your attention? I have to provide my personal information for you to address people not doing their job? Really?How about this. Just respond with "clearly this location has had many complaints in the last year, we just aren't making any changes because we don't care about customers". Because that's what your actions, more so lack of, is the evidence of how little regard you have for customers.

Don't eat here. There is rat infestation and should be condemned. Call health inspector to get it shut down everyone. Friend went in and saw tons of rat traps.

I was gonna order 2 plain burgers, no cheese, but Sonic wants $11.38 for them??!!! And when I talked to a female manager, she was rude and kept trying to walk away while I was talking!!! So I went to McDonald’s and got the burgers for waaay less!!! I used to love Sonic, but they all suck now, food wise and customer service wise!

I am sorry to say I did not enjoy my "Chili Cheese Tots" ... everything else was good. The chili just did not have flavor, but I added a lot of ketchup, and all was good.Everything else was fine. Especially the Best Onion Rings in town ?. The service was great. The window ordering device did not want to work with us, so the young man taking the order ran out to our vehicle and got everything perfect. It was a nice night for a Sonic snack.
