“On Wednesday, Aug. 16, 2023, I was driving from Midland, Tx. back home to East Tx. Both tires on the right side of the trailer I was pulling for a friend, blew at the same time about 15 miles east of Gatesville. I called AAA & was told I as a "priority" since I was on the edge of the highway. After sitting there for over an hour, the tow truck company they assigned to me called & said they couldn't come because there was an error in the request they got from AAA. They said I would have to call AAA back & ask for an updated work order, but that it would be another 1 /12 to 2 hours before they could get to me anyway. The temp outside was well over 100 & I had already been idling for over an hour. I called Mark & he said not to worry he was on his way to help. Mark arrived within (30) minutes and despite the extreme heat, he put both my spares on to replace the two that had blown out. I them followed him back to his shop, where he discovered that one of the tires on the other side had already begun to split and would have blown out too. Mark came out to help me on the side of that hot highway & installed (2) more tires back at his shop, all for a very reasonable price, & quickly had me back on the road headed home. I honestly can't say enough good things about this man. Thank you so much for getting to me so quickly Mark, you definitely saved the day for me!”

They helped us with removing the plate within probably 15 minutes of our arrival. Nice people! Love small town businesses like this one.”

He was actually letting a new hire Megan (forgive me I do not know her last name) shadow him in the entire process.
