They got my address wrong and blamed me I had to change it 3 times while they complained every time I would choose anything else but considering that it's my only option I'm stuck with it

Is there a worst run operation than the US Postal Service? DMV maybe...but usps can give them a run for their money. Have they EVER delivered a package on the day they said they were? If so I'd like to hear it. I have a feeling it's a bit like seeing bigfoot. You hear stories but don't believe it.

This post office is in an interesting older building. I would have driven right past it if not for Maps because the flag is in the parking lot to the side, obscured by trees, and there is no sign out front. There was one clerk and one customer ahead of me, and both were working politely to resolve an issue. Another clerk came to the counter to help me, and she was very friendly. I was happy to discover that USPS has added a more reasonable ground service for packages. There are olenty of parking spaces. A nice post office.

Ordered shipping boxes over a week ago online and had to go there to get them. Still haven't showed up. For God sake I can't even decorate my mail box to make it look descent with out them changing it back to looking ghetto. I live in BFE. This is sad

They need a self service machine asap! Waiting on them to open up after 8 is getting ridiculous now. When a restaurants restaurants as it opens at 8 it means it opens at 8 not open the doors at 8 and then you have to wait 5 to 10 minutes for them to start up register and set the tables here sometimes you were here for almost 10 minutes because the machines are not running up properly when they should have done it much earlierother post offices have self-service kiosks so why not this and it can't be because it's a historical building because the kiosk only requires the drop-off box and a plug cuz I've seen this post office and they had more extra things done to its historical walls then having an extra plug in also the fact that everyone works from 8 to 5 means getting a Packaging means somebody's going to be late to work or have to wait till the weekend which causes a pile up anyway at the post office at least with a self-service the package gets sent out very quickly and would not require a front desk waiting. It's the least the post office can do considering they're always leaving packages out in the rain or not even scanning them properly

They use to be great!! Now they leave all packages out by the road to get wet!! What happened????? Yall use to drive down the road and set packages on the front porch. Now you leave by the fence where anybody can see them and steal them!! Then you say you put them in the mailbox when they don't even fit in the mailbox!!!! Pathetic the way you treat a 78 year old lady!!!!

Package scanned as delivered but NOT actually delivered, if as before will be dropped off tomorrow. Or they dropped off at the wrong address AGAIN.

Worst Post Office I've ever had to deal with. Our neighborhood has to track down missing packages with one another daily. Then you call the PO and the lady who answered is flat out rude. How hard is it to put mail and packages in the correct box.

Every time we have come to the Gatesville post office we’ve been helped by Gina. Always patient, kind, and helpful!

I tried to drop off a package and there is no night drop.My husband tried to drop off the package for me because they are only open when I’m working and the post office decided they don’t have to honor the free matter for the blind even when returning materials to THE TALKING BOOK PROGRAM...The only perk is it’s a cool old building.

Worst post office's Cr ever. Clerks are rude and postmaster doesn't care. Had package returned for lack of postage that you could tell was peeled off. I had receipt to prove it to as paid. When package was returned half the items in the box were broken. Postmaster was to ring me and let me know what happened. A month later still no follow up.

Package returned. This post office stated they made three attempts to deliver a package. Someone home on all supposed days, no package pickup notifications ever left. Postmaster says his carrier said no one home. Lie!

I would have given our service a zero but that was not available. We live in a rural area and our carrier delivers around 3:30 in the afternoon and the local office closes at 4:30. My wife pays extra more than once for expedited shipping only to get no delivery to the house with us having to go to town sometimes the next day or the following day to get something we need! You call to the local office and they say we don’t see it. We are older and are trying to distance ourselves from town during this time. On today’s delivery my wife was painting in the front porch at 3:10 and saw the Carrier put the mail I. The box and not even check towards the house. I called the local office and she said it was sitting on the shelf, which means they did not have any plans in delivery !

I have had a P. O. Box at this location for over 20 years. The staff have always been friendly and helpful.
