Horrible. No one on site. Machines are in horrendous shape, filthy, some washers will run an entire cycle without any water being used. The washers and dryers are poorly maintained.

Equipment barely works you have to slam it to get it to work, eats your money, nobody is ever here to help, nothing is maintained at all. Been here an hour waiting on clothes from a washer that's said 23 minutes for an hour now can't open it can't call anyone absolute worst laundry mat I've seen in a long time

I was there Sunday at 940 am, I used the 3rd washer next to the big washers as soon as you walk in the door. Across from the table, I loaded clothes put my 16 quarters, nothing. I had to take out clothes and move to another washer. There is no numbers on the machine nor a phone number listed to report my monies being stuck in machine. Hopefully, the owners will reach out to me.

I’ve been disappointed countless number of times! We use you guys because yall are local and it’s convenient. I do not recommend if you’re wanting heavy starch!! Just got back 5 pairs of my husbands jeans and they are still dirty and lost their starch immediately. Very nice people though lol

This place has become one of the worst cleaners I have seen over the last couple months. On June 27, 2022, I dropped off 6 items to be starched. I told them multiple times that I wanted welders starch. The lady said they will be ready later that day and reassured that I said welders starch. Yes ma'am, I replied. That afternoon I went to pick my clothing up. The lady brought my clothes to the counter. As she was totaling my ticket, I inspected the clothing and realized I could have done a better job ironing them myself. Hardly any starch in them whatsoever. When asked about the quality of the job I received, her answer was, I just started working here. Obviously you need them now or you wouldn't be picking them up. I don't know what to do because our machine is broken that does the heavy starch.
Well if your machine is broken, why did I pay 30 dollars for a service your company can not provide then. They did the same thing to me last time I was in Gatesville. They tried to make it right, although they still didn't. I respected the fact that they tried tho and thought I'd give them another shot.
Nope, still the same trashy product. It was so bad that my co-workers asked where I got my clothes pressed because they have never seen my clothes look that bad. If you couldn't provide the services I requested, why did your employees agree to it when I dropped my clothing off, knowing your machine was broken. I will never recommend this cleaners for use to anyone. You can basically say they're thieves since they knew they couldn't provide a service but never informed me and still charged me full price

It's clean. Well lit inside. And has AC which is Great in this summer weather! Benches for seating indoors. 2.00 washer loads 0.25 per 8 min dryers Overall, good little place. I haven't used the other laundry/dry cleaning services; but the laundromat is legit.
