Gatesville store personnel are great, helpful and nice. A happy Verizon customer, outstanding service with a smile. As difficult as it was, persistent personnel switched service from previous provider to Verizon. The selection is not large and the personnel are great, helpful, wonderfully helpful and outstanding.
